Ordered an 18inch sausage pizza with light sauce! This is what arrived!!!!When calling to CALMLY inform the manager, He immediately started interrupting and when asked to stop and let me speak, his response was we’re not perfect!!!! Who says that!?!?! Terrible terrible customer service! As you can clearly see in their response below. The only solution was to remake the pizza and us come pick it up. Why bother when the first order should not have even left the building like this! It takes a few minutes to call a customer and confirm an order, THAT is quality customer service!

The only Rosatis that is good in my area. Tried 3 lications before coming to this location all were pretty terrible, except this one. I grew up in chicago and have gone to Rosatis all my life, so i feel like I’m a decent judge when it comes to knowing what a Rosatis pizza should taste like, this location has it down, it’s the only one we go to. Very good.

I was greeted promptly and courtesy when I walked in the door, my order was ready in 2 minutes and I left. As for atmosphere, it is not a sit down place, you just order and take it out so not an applicable aspect of the experience. If any feedback on atmosphere is applicable, the place smells fine, is a bit dimly lit, and is clean. Most important part, I have had probably 10 pizzas from this store over the last year or so. The pizza I ordered last night, whoever made it, I want them to make my pizza every single time I order from now on. And it is the same pizza I always order! No, I was not under the influence, it was just awesome! Perfect amount of sauce, (the sauce is delicious) everything was perfect. I wish I could eat pizza once a week but my Cardiologist would beat me to death to make room in his schedule for patients that will listen to his orders.

I called in a pick up order for the ex-large Monster pizza with the regular thin crust. The pizza was hot and ready when we picked it up. This is the only place that I will order pizza. I don’t love a ton of sauce but this pizza is always covered in lots of toppings and we have never been disappointed. They make the best pizza in my opinion! Always delicious and never disappoints! If you haven’t tried the Monster, I would highly recommend!

The sauce was non-existent pizza was very dry! A few slices were burnt and not edible due to being overcooked. Ordered a huge antipesto salad and was not given any silverware for two people. No paper plates and gave me one flimsy paper towel that a child could use. Very disappointed as we were staying in the hotel over the weekend. Had to go out and buy our own paper plates and utensils. This used to be our go-to place for the past 10 years. Do better!

Wings were very good and meaty. The pizza we chose was double dough, which we should have ordered regular crust or even deep dish. It was too much dough for us but that’s our fault for ordering it. Really liked the sauce and cheese.

Had Door Dash delivery since we are out of Rosati’s delivery area. Our pizzas arrived piping hot and was delicious as always. The store also went above and beyond to make sure my rewards points were applied correctly.

Wow! Scrumptious diddlyumptious! We were pleasantly surprised at how good the Chicago Deep Dish was as well as the Rosati’s breadsticks. The people working were friendly and walked our order out to us as well. Definitely planning to order here again! Sorry for the pizza pic – half eaten …should’ve taken it before
