I had an unpleasant experience at Rosati’s Pizza in Fountain Hills. I called to order and asked about deals, but was told there were none. Upon arriving, I found brochures with deals on the counter. The staff were rude, the bathroom was dirty, and the overall food experience was not pleasant at all I will not be going back.

I tipped for pickup, ordered 12 wings and they had small hairs on them. One looks like a fried mouse with a tail, your employees are despicable the man who helped me was a guy with tattoos and glasses with a cap looks in his 30s works around noon, i will no longer give my business and inform friend and family to stay away from that “establishment” keep the money and tip im embarrassed to have eaten a good amount of the food to go back for my refund. I wish I can post a picture of the fried mouse and the hairy wings.

Very disappointed, I ordered thin crust pizza delivered but was anything but. Many many years ago Rosatis offered thin cracker type crust which was what I thought I was getting last night. Was very heavy and gloppy type as well as tomato sauce used was bitter. Not sure if will order in the future. 🙁

ordered pick up tonight and had 12 of the coupons for a half price and the manager would not honor them. I was told by another employee 3 weeks ago not to worry that they would still honor them if you had them. In my opinion the manager was very rude and I might as well been talking to a telephone pole.Rosati’s pizza is not worth the price you pay and customer service is terrible.

We got two family size pizzas and the total bill was $75 with no sides or drinks, yikes! Okay, so the pizza must be that good, right? Unfortunately, the pizza did not have enough flavor. The thin crust was firm and dry like a cracker. The sauce had zero flavor. The people working there were very nice though.

Tried to order a pizza for pick up tonite when they answered the phone asked me to hold on a minute. He came back and immediately said he could not take my order. I thought was the ovens broke? No. I asked why he said his manager said I was not allowed to order there . I said is this a joke? He said no his manager banned me from there. I asked to speak to him but would not. The only thing I could think of was about a year ago I ordered a pizza for pick up and when I got it home it was burnt and big hunks of black burnt chunks at bottom under pizza. I guess you’re not allowed to complain. They were very rude and I would recommend to not order from this location. Bad business. I will be posting bad reviews for a long time sir!
