Had a taste for pizza so decided to give Rosati’s a try on 5/31/25 as I am familiar with Barraco’s pizza joint nearby. I called the order in for a large 16 inch sausage, mushroom and onion pizza and wanted to try their dough nuggets. When I was in college in DeKalb, IL, many students ordered what was called “beer nuggets” which was cooked pizza dough in small pieces which was cheap, good and filling so wanted to see how these were.
I was told the order would be ready in 45 minutes so got there early and waited in the parking lot. When it was time, I went in to get my order which was ready. The young lady who tended to me was very friendly which I appreciated.
The dough nuggets were so so good! WOW! Flavorful, tasty with garlic and parmesan cheese on top of them. The pizza to hubby and I was just okay, nothing to ride home about. Barraco’s is better, sorry to say. I will say that I will definitely come back for those nuggets though and highly recommend them!!

I ordered the dough nuggets & a fry and they were both undercooked. You can look at the dough and see they weren’t done. They dough was super chewy in the middle and the fries were definitely not chewable they were still un cooked. Never again will I order from this location again. $15 wasted on dough nuggets & fries and I couldn’t even eat them.. I just handed y’all donations basically if I couldn’t consume the food smh

Ordered through DoorDash a 8pm, got my order at 8:45pm, checked my pizza that was supposed to be a meat mania pizza, and got an all cheese pizza. And the pizza didn’t look fresh. I ended up driving to the store because when I called I got no answered thought they might be busy since it was over a hour to close so I just drove there and when I got there they were closed. An hour early, anyways I ordered had some wings too and they were cooked way too hard, had burnt pieces on them. Bbq sauce was good though.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that nobody at this location answers the phone. I’ve called multiple times and sat on hold for over 10 minutes two times tonight and still no answer. I’ve also had this issue in the past. Not to mention they never take down the right address. The pizza is pretty decent but can never get anyone on the phone to actually order.

I called to place an order and the person on the phone was very rude and hung up on me. When I called back to finish placing my order, someone else answered than immediately hung up again. On the third try, I finally got an answer and was told that they were too busy. Too busy to take my money? I understand. I’ve been a regular at this location for years. I will not be returning. The pizza is great, but employees with bad attitudes ruin the experience.

Great pizza all around!! All the ingredients taste fresh, and the pizza is always in perfect shape when you get the box in your hands. Crust is thin and extremely crispy(order it well done). They bring the pizza out to your car when you pick it up. Great service, great pizza.

If I could give it zero stars I would! Ordered a Hawaiian pizza and this is how I got it! I keep calling the number they have on here and no answer. No service whatsoever. I called a different location and they were no help. Saying, each location is family owned and can’t do anything about it. Terrible service (should say, no service at all) first and last time I order from here!

They have the best pizza. Great service and the quantity of food is worth the price. The sausage on the Jumbo slice is big and great. Their fries are crunchie and their cheese is just perfect melted on the pizza and they have great tasting cheese for their cheese fries. They gave me tons of fries because they only have one size and the man at the counter is polite and fast. There is nothing wrong with this place. If it is possible to fall in love with food, I just did. They also have Jumbo chicken wings, Italian Beef sandwiches, hamburgers and more. I must go to this place for every occasion.

I grew up in Chicago, I can tell the difference between family owned and franchise. Lived in Arizona for 30 years trying to get the same pizza under the name. I moved back recently and there is another location closer that is not the same. I call now to order instead of door dash because they pick the closer location. If the family is not on the box you don’t have the real deal! That’s my take on it!
