Tucked away on Archer and Central in Chicago lies a hidden gem for pizza enthusiasts: Rosati’s Pizza. While it may lack the traditional dine-in experience, this cozy establishment more than makes up for it with its intimate ordering setup, where the focus is solely on the star of the show: the pizza. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by the irresistible aroma of freshly baked pizza and the sight of pies lined up, waiting to be chosen. The atmosphere is bustling yet inviting, with the hustle and bustle of customers adding to the lively ambiance. As you approach the counter to place your order, the anticipation builds as you survey the array of toppings and styles available. Each slice beckons with promises of cheesy goodness and bold flavors, making it nearly impossible to resist the temptation to indulge. Opting for a classic pepperoni pizza, I eagerly awaited the arrival of my culinary masterpiece. When it finally emerged from the oven, piping hot and fragrant, I knew I was in for a treat. The first bite was a revelation. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside yet delightfully chewy on the inside, providing the ideal foundation for the decadent layers of cheese, zesty tomato sauce, and savory pepperoni slices. Every mouthful was a symphony of flavors, with the bold, spicy pepperoni adding a satisfying kick to each bite. Despite the simplicity of the ingredients, the pizza was bursting with flavor, a testament to the quality and craftsmanship that goes into every pie at Rosati’s. It was evident that each component had been carefully selected and expertly prepared, resulting in a culinary experience that surpassed my expectations. As I savored the last delicious bite of my pizza, I couldn’t help but vow to return to Rosati’s Pizza. With its cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and mouthwatering pies, it’s a place that’s sure to satisfy even the most discerning pizza connoisseurs. Whether you’re grabbing a quick slice on the go or indulging in a full pie with friends, Rosati’s is a must-visit destination for pizza lovers in Chicago.

We came when it was pretty late but the Chicago pizza we got was so good. The cheese was really stretchy and I’ve never had such good pizza crust. The crust was not too tough and not too soggy. Absolutely loved it. Terrible picture because I took it in the dark, but overall 10/10 wish I could go back

Ordered food 2 hours ago, still has not arrived. Gentlemen that answered the phone was short, and was very vague on when order may possibly arrive. What did I order? 1 14 inch sausage pizza. I will never order from here again.

There new menu is a joke. Same with new management. I ordered a chicken 5 peice with fries like I usually do. And now all of a sudden theres no fries with this meal. 8$ for 5 tenders is OUTRAGEOUS. I and my family/friends who favor this location will no longer eat here.

I went there on a Friday night after midnight and the claim was that they there open until 2:00 a.m., which is not the case.
The following pictures show revised hours for them.

No one at counter. Rang bell several times with no response. Could hear staff watching Super Bowl. Called and worker lied that he was at counter. Came out didn’t offer service and went back into rear to continue watching game. Slice pizza looked old and dry so probably did us a favor. Owner: feel free to check your cameras to verify.

Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Got a large sausage, pepperoni, green pepper, and onion. Cooked perfectly, thin crispy crust, nice sweet smooth sauce. Good seasoning and cheese on top. Definitely 10/10. My type of pizza. Ordered a pickup while at work for a coworkers birthday. And it was definitely worth it. A little pricey but like I said it’s worth it if you want good pizza.
