Ordered 12″ fabulous four on thin crust.
Im attaching picture of what i received.
It fascinates me that i can go to any Rosati pizzeria in suburbs and get pizza that looks and tastes as advertised but here im getting something that taste and looks like 5$ Little Ceasar one.

Flavors good but it definetly needed more time in the oven my deep dish pizza was very runny couldn’t cut a slice with the spatchula and keep it in place bottom of pizza box was wet. This could’ve been done much better.

I had a horrible experience with the cashier on Sunday, May 18, 2025 in the afternoon. I was working for Uber. I arrived and asked about the order I had to pick up. Up to that point, everything was fine. They told me to wait 7 more minutes, which I waited without any problem. After 7 minutes, when I saw that other orders were coming out, I asked again if the order was ready. The cashier ignored me. I asked her again and she turned around and told me that she had blocked the order and that if I was in a hurry, I should leave. It is worth noting that I spoke to her with respect at all times, something she did not do with me. Horrible treatment. They should not allow people to work like that in their establishments. And she also said that she had canceled the order for me when she never did. I mention this because it affects Uber’s reputation. I will never buy from Rosatis again. Save yourselves the bad experience of dealing with people like that.

Ordered online for pickup and it was very straightforward and ready at the time stated in the email confirmation. The garlic cheese bread was delicious as well as the ceasar salad (the dressing was one of the best I’ve ever had!) Deep dish pizza was okay but not much flavor and a very bland and dry crust. Will definitely order again but will try the thin crust pizza.

Terrible service. My wife and my daughter were there. The owner laughed in her face, and the chef did the same. She came in with my daughter to order, and the service was terrible from the moment she walked in. The place is small and unfriendly. Terrible service. I don’t recommend it for any reason.

Late, cold…stale..never again after 14 years. The lady I ordered said less than an hour. I had company that I had raved about your pizza. After an hour I called and she said another 10 minutes. I said I hope not cold. 15 minutes later and it was not hot..not good..crust not good. Delivery guy was nice..said he was busy. Never again after 14 years.
