I ordered a pizza from a rival company in Hinsdale, I won’t say their name but it rhymes with Grasi’s. It was terrible and I couldn’t eat it. I was so annoyed I went to Rosati’s and ordered a normal pizza. It was delicious. Thanks guys. Normal pizza is from Rosati’s, other pizza is from the competitor.

First time trying deep dish while Im in the area for work. Someone suggested trying here and I dont regret it. Amazing food and good customer service. Just dont expect to be comfortable while waiting in shop, it felt like it was 100+ degrees easy. I feel awful for the workers there. Will order pickup and not wait next time!

Pizza was not bad, the crust was a bit too thin for the amount of toppings plus the way they cut it it became a mess when we tried to eat it. I don’t mind that too much tho.
However, the customer service was down in the dumps, the gentleman who took our order seemed to be annoyed the whole time, I understand if someone’s had a bad day but looking at other reviews there seems to be a pattern, but hey I don’t expect people to be roses and rainbows all the time but his attitude made us feel a bit unwelcome.

Usually order from Elmhurst. We love Rosati’s Pizza but today we didn’t want to take the drive so I went to Westmont location. Very sad at how bad this was. Same order just completely different at this location. Cheese was melting off box and couldn’t even separate slices and pizza tasted so bad. Tried to eat as we are big on preventing food waste but… will keep sticking to Elmhurst Rosati’s as this was $30 down the drain.

I should have read the reviews before buying from this place, the guy in the front really needs to be more clean. This place is dirty. I ordered the Jumbo Wings and the wings that I got were pretty small and saggy. I have been in other Rosati’s and they are nothing like this.

Just received my deep dish pizza. It came with the cheese all slid to one side, having solidified that way. Highly disappointed with the pizza. The fried mushrooms also came burnt. Normally the pizza here is great, but this time it was nothing more than a big let down.
