I Ordered for delivery to my hotel and everything was correct(and delicious!)but the driver forgot to bring my two soda cans. Mistakes happen sometimes we all aren’t perfect and Kevin was nice enough to reimburse me for the mistake even though it wasn’t on my receipt. Thank you all so much! Will definitely be ordering again from you!

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery on November 17th and these are the pies I received. I called to notify them immediately and said what’s going on this looks like cracker dough and it’s inedible, it’s raw in the middle. Troy says “yeah it’s our dough, something is wrong with it”. So why sell it? Terrible. Also had to beg for a refund which wasn’t even the full amount for what I ordered. I’m an advocate of supporting small businesses in Warrenville but this business is off my list now.

Ordered a thin crust for delivery last night to the Hilton Garden hotel in Warrenville. Was a Large with extra sauce sausage and pepperoni and fresh tomato slices in top. Was the best pizza I have had in a very long time priced right and delivered in time frame. The pizza chiefs definitely put some love into that pizza. Thanks Rosati’s A+ location.

Avoid, horrible customer service.
Placed an order for $60 of food. Drove 10 minutes there, gave them my name, and they handed me a pizza, said, “Here’s your order”. Drove 10 minutes home.
Pull into my driveway, they called and said they gave me the wrong order, and to come back.
So I drove another 10 minutes there and 10 minutes home.
My inconvenience:
-40 minutes of my time wasted.
-Fuel
-My order was cold from sitting for 30 minutes.
My compensation:
– I get a measly 20% refund!
Note to manager: when a professional businesses like Uber Eats, GrubHub, Door Dash mess up your order, the customer gets a 100% refund + a credit, not a measly 20% refund.

Missed Rosati’s! Ordered Italian Beef and Hot Giardinera and this pizza was really good. Thin crust usually get pan, but this was good. They did not skimp on the toppings, which I liked. The service (pick up was good), the person that was helping me always called me by name, and she was nice. Will definitely order from them when I am back in town.

Ordered delivery. Pizza was very undercooked and floppy. Breadsticks are just a cheesy garlic pizza with no flavor( also floppy). Would not order again. Take the time to let the pizza cook.
