It’s May 12, 2025, and both of our salad dressings were over 2 months expired.
The Balsamic Vinaigrette expired on February 10, 2025, and the Apple Cider Vinaigrette expired on March 13, 2025.
This was pretty disappointing. No restaurant should sell expired products to their customers, but with the higher prices Rosati’s charges, it’s even more unacceptable.

I had the worst experience with Rosati’s in Sandwich! I placed my order through the Uber Eats app early Friday morning before Rosati’s opened up. My Uber confirmation said that I should expect my delivery at 12:30 PM. I didn’t receive my pizza until 2PM. I work from home and I only have a specific window to take a lunch break. My pizza was delivered after my break ended. The time on my order receipt was 12:16 PM. I called and I spoke to a manager at 1:20 PM and was told the pizza would be delivered in a couple of minutes. I called back 25 minutes later and spoke with another manager. I was told by the second manager I would not have to pay for my meal. I have yet to see a credit on my account. I have used Uber Eats many times and never had an issue. I was told by the first manager that Rosati‘s was very busy. Well, I placed my order before it opened. My order should have been top priority. I googled if it’s safe to eat pizza sitting out for two hours and that’s the max. Anything after that time is unsafe. The pizza went straight into the garbage. Super displeased to say the least!! I have ordered from this locations multiple times and I’ve never had any issue before now. I’m done!!

Just got a little lunch combo, nothing too special. I don’t know who the girl with the nose ring is or the gentleman with the long hair, but both of them are super friendly and super cordial. Definitely coming back whenever I’m in the area next.

Customer service was terrible. Called due to our pizza being a disaster after delivered. Half the pizza was distorted, soggy, and greasy.They hung up 3 times. I was sent to the manager who asked to put me on hold to send me back to the front desk. The girl at the front desk said her manager would give us a credit after already waiting for an hour for our first delivery. I said we called for dinner not a credit. *Note we are looking to eat tonight. They said it’s probably because you ordered extra sauce. I said it was grease all over the pizza box to the point the box was deteriorating upon touching it. Not to mention the other side of pizza was fine and the liquid wasn’t red. Tired of businesses making excuses especially after paying a hefty price for this 16inch pizza.
Update: the hour turned into 30 mins and pizza came the second time 100% better. Delivery driver was pleasant and understanding.

Ordered 3 large pizzas…a large sausage pizza, extra thin & crispy.
A large cheese pizza, thin. A large Hawaiian, a bit specialized, extra thin & crispy. Sausage, good (could have been cut better) but all in all okay. Cheese pizza (again, not cut all the way though & extra crispy..not what I ordered.) Hawaiian $31.49 on sign..$31.79 on my receipt plus an additional $7.50!!! When I got there to pick up, I had to question whether the Hawaiian pizza was made correct and sure enough…that had to start over. So what should have been a 5 min wait turned into an additional 30-40 mins. I look at my receipt and there’s a Convenience Fee?? I asked for what and the manager wasn’t available at the moment. I was not about to wait as the pizzas were for 5:30 surprise Bday dinner…was late, overcharged & extremely disappointed.

Pizza was perfect. The Cobb salad was a surprisingly shock to me. Omg. I’d order 1 of these weekly. That salad looked perfectly made. We ordered a calzone also, it was very good. I thought it was slightly low on filling ingredients , but I loved the dough so didn’t bother me much.

Got pizza slices right before 6:00 during the week and it was very hard and inedible. They should throw out pizza that has been sitting for hours on end and this is the second time in a few weeks it has happened. Will not be going back. My fault for not checking prior to leaving the store but usually places like this rotate fresh pizza often.
