I did not want to do this Review. I have repeatedly told Rosatis to remove my number from their spam list but every time I order I get spam on my phone requesting reviews. Last time I ordered included, but after a few weeks they must have gotten mad because they took their own effort to hunt down my email which I have never given them. This is stalking on top of the typical harassment I get for being a customer of almost 40 years.
Next time I am in the area I am going to stop by the mansion and have a friendly conversation with the owners and discuss random harassment and see if they appreciate the same treatment they give their customers.. if they have a problem with it I will happily initiate a 7 figure harassment lawsuit.
Are you happy now Rosatis? Is this the kind of Review you have been harassing & stalking me to get? Maybe now you will get the concept that people are sick and tired of you BS. Hunting down your customers email to spam then is about as low as you can go.
You want more? Ever since the kids took over the food quality has dropped quite a bit but the customer service has dropped significantly. The atmosphere at you locations has become very cold. Rosatis has become the type of business I no longer wish to spend my money at. Even though I have remained loyal the email requesting this Review has caused me to make the decision that I will probably never order from them again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for Rosati’s Pizza – Countryside Location
I recently had the pleasure of trying Rosati’s Pizza from Countryside while visiting a friend’s house for homecoming festivities. I had never tasted it before—and wow, was I impressed!
They ordered the sausage thin crust pizza, and cheese puzza and it was absolutely outstanding. My fav was….sausage The cheese was gooey, the crust perfectly crisp, and the sausage was packed with flavor. Hands down, one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had.
Just last night, we had friends visiting from California, and of course, we had to let them be the judge. We ordered the same sausage thin crust pizza, along with some mozzarella sticks. Once again—delicious! Our guests were blown away.
On top of that, the delivery driver was incredibly sweet and kind, which made the experience even better. Great food, great service—what more could you ask for?
Thank you, Rosati’s Countryside, for consistently knocking it out of the park. We’ll definitely be back for more!

My only complaint is that they should be more accurate with their pick up times. Was told 25 to 30 minutes and when I got there in 23 minutes the pizza was in the warming oven already. Therefore when I got home it was just warm at best. And I live four minutes from the place!

We love Rosati’s!! Last night the pizza wasn’t very warm when it got here last night (usually its so hot you have to wait for it to cool down for a minute or two)and wasn’t as good as it has been, it must have to do with whoever is making pizza that day!! ALSO, I always ask for it well done, and they never make it brown at all on the top, I don’t want it black, just browner then they would normally make it.

Love this place I order all the time from them when I’m working. Or getting food for my team. Or just want good food. The cinnamon bread is to die for, and addicting. Pizza is the best I’ve tasted. Always delivered hot and on time. Delivery people are pleasant and professionals. 5 stars in my book!

Best Rosati’s around! I was a bit skeptical due to other Rosati’s I had tried and did not like, but this location did not disappoint. The pizza sauce is sweet, the cheese was just right, and the bread with the right crunchy. We got the thin crust but will be trying the double dough next time.

One night in Chicago suburbs for a wedding, first time there, wanted a Chicago Deep Dish. Smelled great, tasted great, im just not apparently a huge fan of deep dish. But ordering was easy, good quality pizza ingredients, would recommend.

The food was fine. They just seemed to forget things. My daughter’s food was supposed to come with coleslaw and didn’t. We requested garlic butter and marinara sauce with our breadsticks. The basil seemed to be an after thought on the pizza. We didn’t mind but it also wasn’t even on the pizza. Some pieces didn’t even have any. So just little things. More a nit picking thing, but the forgotten items with the food were just not important enough to go back, but important enough to make a small difference. That’s all.
