$47.60 for burnt pizza order of French that not even half an order and a order of onion rings that barley there . This doesn’t make want to come back. Look at the pictures this what you want to give to your customers. This what’s considered exceptable .

Catered party. Been eating Woodridge Rosatis for 50 years. Moved away but had an event locally this weekend. Absolutely glad I did this. Rosatis still the go to for pizza! And the catering of Beef/ Pasta/Chicken and Salads was perfect. Showed up on time as scheduled, delivery guy was great, and all 40 guests were happy and full. Big thanks for a great Doctoral graduation and 60th birthday party!!!

This just happened about 10 minutes ago, so I hope the manager reads this and figures out who answered the phone today it’s Saturday August 23. A snippy female would not take my mom‘s coupon over the phone. The coupon says free delivery with a minimum purchase of $15. The deep dish small on their menu shows that it’s $15.99 but they kept telling us it was two dollars less than that so that we couldn’t use the coupon or that we had to order more. If that isn’t petty I don’t know what is. So guess what; any coupon you see and use they’re not going to honor it. We just hung up so the manager just lost our sale. Unreal treatment of prospective customers. We will stay loyal to PaPa’s and that what we did.

The atmosphere is, it’s a pizza joint… you grab the pie and leave. The pie is usually a minimum of a 4 star dining experience. I had to buy it twice because the mother-in-law’s hound couldn’t resist a 16 inch meat and mushroom thin crust. He had to knock over multiple things to reach it and he’s got a bad back leg he can barely walk on. This pie smelled so good to her dog, that he balanced on his bad leg to get to it. I nearly struck him down, but with witnesses, I stalled my vengeance… My wife ordered another pizza and we ostracized the mutt… For like a night. He had learned nothing from being shunned.

Rosati’s made the best tavern-style pizza for me today! Sausage, mushrooms, black olives and onions for the win. The Woodridge Rosati’s on Hobsen has the friendliest team.
Also, I love that every Friday they sell their frozen deep dish pizzas half off. What a great deal. They are essential for a convenient meal always available in my freezer.

We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and there was so little pepperoni on there even my grandkids wouldn’t eat it because they thought it was all cheese. We also had a small veggie pizza which was delicious. So before that, our pizzas have been fine this last one was not very good.
