Owner was incredibly kind and helpful. Food was awesome and prepared fast, she didn’t hesitate to be hospitable. Probably the best experience I’ve had at any Rosati’s. Highly recommend their pizza by the slice and will go again. Do check this Batavia location out, they really care about their customers and try their best to make sure they have a good experience.

We had the worst customer service ever! My family has been a loyal customer for 26 years and yesterday we had a Togo order for shrimp. When it was our turn the lady started to yell and was so rude. It was so uncalled for. I have never experienced something like this. She was yelling so loud that the back of the kitchen came out to see what was happening. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the owner. I doubt this but I’m beyond upset

Ordered Caesar salad. Brown wilted lettuce. Chicken Parmesan sandwich dry and very little cheese. Cannoli was soft and old. Whole meal was basically garbage. Spoke with manager the following day and he refused any kind of accommodation. Been going to this place for 5 years. No more. They lost a customer.
