Come here if you’d like to waste your money. I ordered from here like two weeks ago because it is close to my house and we ordered a large cheese pizza. When we got the pizza delivered, it had no sauce on it. I wasn’t going to leave a negative review because mistakes happen and we were starving so we ate it regardless. Today, I just had a pizza delivered about 10 minutes ago. I ordered half cheese half sausage. It looks like they threw two pizzas together. $25 for this garbage. I will never ever return to this location.

We have been ordering from this location in hazelcrest for sometime…2years about…At times we’ve sometimes ordered 2x in a week. As of late…past 6months we’ve either gotten the wrong pizza, our toppings incorrect, missing items or something not right. We’d call…get a credit nd be done. Unfortunately, we’ve had a couple of the order takers out right lie about the order nd on today the manager Mike was very disrespectful…going back nd forth with me about sauces. We ordered 2 sauces for a wing order in addition to our always 18inch pizza. We got NO sauces at all. Mike says 1 of the sauces came on the chicken, nd the other was an additional $1…HILARIOUS!! We weren’t asked about a sauce on the wings, nor were we told that the other cup did not come with the wings. HOW WOULD WE KNOW ANY OF THAT!? I am so disappointed. The manager could have simply said we apology…but No…preferred to talk over me and said we could bring the whole order back with a full refund. That’s unbelievable! Now because of your error you want us to get in our vehicle nd drive to your location…when it was delivered to us with a GENEROUS TIP i might add. I’M DONE!

I called in & ordered a 14” stuffed crust pizza-half cheese & half pepperoni. I picked the pizza up & when I opened it at home, it was clearly a deep dish. I immediately called & informed them that they gave me the wrong pizza. She asked what was wrong with it & I told her that it was a deep dish pizza & that’s not what I ordered. She then proceeds to ask me to send her a picture of it which I thought was bizarre but I did anyway. After I sent the picture, she & the chef explain that that’s how a stuffed crust looks & that the pepperoni is underneath (we tried it & it wasn’t any pepperoni). This was so disappointing because they clearly don’t know what a stuffed crust pizza is & instead of them just giving me an apology & a replacement or my money back, they gave me some BS explanation. So not only do they not have any integrity, but not one clue in the world what a stuffed crust pizza is. -0/10 never again.

Me & the guys from my job used to order from here all of the times for our lunch so we’d typically spend anywhere from 100 -140 bucks ordering from rosati in hazel crest and when we order we order for our food to be delivered at from 6:50-7 p.m anytime we order from them because we only have 25 minutes to eat lunch then we have to finish up our hard shift obviously this has become a problem that we can’t get our food on time nor to the correct door where we always get it delivered at so we will not be ordering nor none of our companies, families and friends will be eating nor ordering from this place again on top of that the manager had the nerve to get belligerent when asked for a refund which gladly this day was only 25 dollars compared to any other day they won’t give me a refund my co -worker’s didn’t get our food and Rosati WILL NOT GIVE US OUR FUNDS BACK THAT WE’RE HERE WORKING HARD FOR !!!!!!! THIS ISNT THE END OF THIS !!!! CORPORATE HERE WE COME HONESTY SHOULD BE IN YOUR POLICY AS FOR YOUR MANAGER LIED AND WONT GIVE US OIR REFUND AFTER WE DIDNT HAVE TIME TO KEEP WAITING FOR FOOD THAT WAS ORDERED AT 5 P.M FOR DELIVERY AT 7 P.M ON THURSDAY IN WHICH YOUR DRIVER NEVER CAME / SHOWED UP WITH OUR FOOD WE RECOMMEND NOT ORDERING WITH ROSATI & WILL BE BOYCOTTING #BLACKFOODIES GET IN HERE ASAP !!!!!!!!

Horrible experience. They ran out of one of the items in my order and just sent the rest without alerting me as I would have cancelled. The GM, Byron, was not helpful or friendly at all. Will be stocking to Lou Malnati’s from now on. Worked in the restaurant business for many years and this is a terrible way to run a company. They refused a refund. Shame on them.

My husband and I order pizza delivery several times a month. We have lived in Homewood for almost 20 years and have not been able to find REALLY good pizza delivery – like we miss from previous towns. I was so sick of being disappointed that by the time we heard about Rosati’s, I just didn’t want to try ANYONE anymore and finally settled on another place that we had already tried.
Finally, one day, my husband talked me into “trying ONE more place”. He said, “C’mon, let’s just try Rosati’s”. Okay, so we did.
BOY, OH BOY, OH BOY‼️ FINALLY – THE PIZZA I’D BEEN MISSING ALL THESE YEARS‼️ We’ve never been inside – only had it delivered. They’re timely, reasonably priced for what you get, and are accurate. Not only that, but their pastas are great! And, they have the best lasagna I’ve ever had, besides my own – and THAT is the biggest compliment that I can give for that. THANK YOU, Rosati’s!
