Rosati’s Pizza absolutely deserves 5 stars. The pizza is always fresh, hot, and packed with flavor, with perfectly cooked crust and generous toppings every time. What really makes this location stand out, though, is Mr. Khan—he is hands down the best. He’s incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly cares about his customers, making sure everyone leaves happy and satisfied. His great attitude and attention to detail truly elevate the whole experience. Between the amazing food and Mr. Khan’s outstanding service, Rosati’s Pizza is a place I’ll happily keep coming back to.

My family and have been coming to this location for over 20 years and I have to say there customer service, food quality and happy atmosphere always been consistent and we love our local Rosati feels like family. Highly recommended this location. Love the Rivera family.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time.
I came to Rasati Pizza on Randall Road to pick up my order, and the moment I walked in the staff told me it was “almost ready.” After waiting 20 minutes, I asked them to check my order and was told I needed to wait another 20 minutes. Why tell customers the food is almost ready when it clearly isn’t even close?
The place was cold and dirty, and the atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable. The staff showed zero respect for customers — no apologies, no explanations, nothing. Just attitude and indifference.
This was a complete waste of time and an absolutely terrible service experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

Welp, I’m from Ohio and I’m leaving tomorrow. I called at 10:13pm, asked how late they’re open because it’s thanksgiving. Guy told me they’re open till midnight. I ordered a deep dish and they delivered a thin crust. Called to get the right food and the “manager” yelled and lied and wouldn’t make a new pizza. Said he couldn’t give me a refund until the morning and that he’s too busy to make pizza because they have a lot of orders but the kitchen is closed…which is it bud? Editing this to reflect the negligence of the owner who commented on this review “apologizing” but not acknowledging that they robbed me of my money and are refusing to give me a refund for a pizza I DIDNT EAT. I called them last night for a refund and the manager said he’d contact his boss Jose (manager didn’t know his own bosses last name). Manger said Jose-the boss would be in today, 11/28 around 11am. I called at noon asking to speak to the boss and the manager who answered the phone said the boss decided to call off today. AGAIN refusing to work with me and hung up the phone. I just want my money back because I didn’t eat the thin crust pizza I didn’t ask for.

Do not order thier double dough pizza on Sundays. They never actually make it a double dough thickness. Might as well save your money and just order regular pizza. This has happened to me three times in the last 6 months. Other days of the week have been fine, so I know they know how to make a true double dough pizza if they want to.

Great pizza spot. They have great specials, and I love their pizza. They make desserts hand made, and they have all kinds of cans of pop. They have the largest slices I have ever seen. Very nice owners and workers. They are close to the two St. Charles courthouses. Thanks!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My fiance accidentally ordered at the wrong rosatis and the man on the phone was so rude. Wont refund the money, says its our fault, and wanted my fiance to come up to fight him. Absolutely ridiculous
