We ordered a couple Chicago styles for the Super Bowl last night which were excellent as always. The reason I am writing this is for the man behind the counter – he has got to be one of the most professional, efficient people I’ve ever witnessed. Swamped was an understatement for how busy the place was at 5:00pm last night, but he remembered everybody’s name and order in great detail and I mean that literally. At times he had two landlines, one in each hand and a mobile on his shoulder, all the while being completely and totally calm and friendly. Nobody waiting was upset, we were all in awe at what a well oiled machine your store is. I had more fun waiting for my food than watching the game!

Rosati’s has been my go-to pizza for a while now, but this was my first time at this location. The staff were super friendly and efficient. I didn’t order in advance, but they still got my pizza done in under 20 minutes. And the food was great as always!

I stopped at this location to pick up a delivery order for Door Dash. I’m not sure if it was the owner but the gentleman offered my two free slices of pizza. That was very nice of him.

Not really one to write a review, but I think this place deserves it, I went in during a rush and they still managed to serve and attend me without seeming overwhelmed, I did have to wait a little extra due to the rush, but that was to be expected. It’s easy to write a good review when the service is fast and easy in ideal circumstances, but this place really stands out because when all the pressure was on and even with the pizza slightly delayed I still left and was like “damn they did a good job and really held it down in there”

I love the guys at Rosati’s—they’re prompt and respectful. I witnessed their dinner rush while waiting on a few slices—they were pretty slammed, but still made time to welcome each customer and make them feel properly attended to. Great service deserves recognition, especially during a rush. Thanks, Rosati’s!

Standard clean pizza shop ambiance with beautiful Christmas lighting.
The pizza and the cheesy bread both tasted fresh and delicious – I highly recommend visiting this location and trying some pizza.
