Yeah they definitely just robbed me. Based on their own website a 16″ cheese pizza supposed to be $11.99, so adding bacon, black olives and sausage is $21.76? I ordered for the big game so I went along with it. But make sure they don’t rob you.

Order delivery. That was a little mixed up with the pizza but everything was taken care of. I’m so glad I gave this place a second chance. It’s going to be my new pizza place. I love the cheese. It’s so fresh and I love that the green peppers are big strips instead of tiny little pieces. Like other places have going to have to try the salad next time and pasta. Worst Rosati’s on the planet earth! Orders are always wrong, delivery is almost always late and food is always cold when it gets here. You would think that the manager would instruct the phone girl to be honest about how busy they are and to tell customers that delivery will take an hour and a half, but no, they always say within the hour! The only reason I have given them so many chances is because it’s the only Rosatis near enough to deliver to me. Tonight after waiting an hour and a half for my food, I called to cancel my order. The manager actually called me back and started yelling at me! Extremely unprofessional! Great customer service, NOT!!! You would have thought they would have been apologetic after telling me that my food would arrive within an hour.
If you are lucky enough to even get your food, trust me, it will either be wrong or ice cold.

This is a fantastic Rosati’s location, for sure. Been getting lunch here weekly for over a year now and have been overall impressed. Staff is amazing and very personable. I’ve only ever gotten pizza, which I can vouch for being top-notch.

We didn’t order for awhile after a few not-so-great experiences, but we’ve had some even less great experiences with a newer pizza restaurant in town lately, so we decided to give Rosati’s another chance and we’ve been very satisfied the last 3 or 4 orders! I will say, we’re thin crust people but it always seemed to be a miss here – we changed our go-to order here to double dough and have been happy every time 🙂 Pizza is cooked perfectly and has tasted great, and orders always ready promptly.

Quick service, clean restaurant. It’s one of the few places you can go to eat lunch in this area. They don’t take advantage of people not having a lot of choices. They keep the place clean and running smooth.

I recently tried Rosati’s Veggie Pizza, and it was a delightful experience. The combination of fresh, colorful vegetables and a perfectly baked crust made this pizza a winner. The generous portion of toppings, including bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and more, provided a burst of flavors with each bite. This review was based on several orders in that past 3 months. We have never had an issue with take out or delivery, and we have ordered at Lunchtime each order.
