I just want to start off by saying Mario is amazing and helpful. The team work in the Hanover Park location is the best! For all the complaints on here. I think you need to try them again and use communication. They are so understanding. If you want your wings extra crispy they do it for you. If you want your pizza more crispy you have to ask for it tell them what kind of crust you like. All the bad reviews I seen the food has been tampered with. They have slices everyday freshly made if you want yours a little crispy or just a fresh slice they will make it .No other place will do that. I love this location. I’ve been a salon owner for a long time. I know what great customer service is and good quality. They are not cheap with their products either.

Ordered on phone coz my address wasnt coming up fir some reason and it was so quick and pizza was amazing! Wish they asked about pizza crust lol I assumed it would be something else but came out to be thin crust. It was still yummy though! Will def order again

Woman taking my order was very pleasant. She took my order, then repeated it back to me. I was told delivery within the hour. In 43 minutes it was at the door. Pizza, wings with sauces on the side as ordered. You guys are great. This was not my 1st order. Keep up the good work.

I have not ordered for years because you would not honor a coupon, of which I have many. Figured I would give you another chance. When I explained this, the agent offered me 30% off. THATS GOOD BUSINESS!!! Should honor my coupons, I guarantee you would come out ahead with as often as I order. That would have been good business. FYI. The coupon has no expiration date.

Ordered delivery and the grubhub app said delivery would be between 6:30 and 6:40pm. Food arrived at 7:10 and was cold. I even mentioned the speedy delivery(sarcastically) and said I bet the food is cold by now. Driver said oh no.. I just left the restaurant it’s hot as can be. We’ll. It went straight into my over as it was not even warm. As for the pizza itself, it lacked flavor and I was not impressed. Too many pizza places to try in the area then ordering from here again.

The pizza was AMAZING! It was so hot, lots of sausage (which had a wonderful flavor) and the pepperoni was PERFECT! Delicious sauce which we got an extra 8 oz. Of it because it’s SO DELICIOUS!!!
