Waited to post to see if I’d receive the credit they promised and of course, I had no credit on file when I called to place an order. Im not sure how this even happens. The pizza looks like it was dropped and placed back together.

We were in the area conducting some personal business, and we decided to grab a bite to take home. My wife wanted a salad, and I was thinking about pizza, and getting our oldest son a Italian beef sandwich. I accomplished all three at Rosati’s!
It’s a really small location, with a small rail bar with a few stools to sit at. Just enough to eat your food and be on your way if you’re not getting to go. All of the ingredients for our meal were fresh and crisp. The pizza was extremely good, I had no issue with it. I’m going to also post this on my list of pizza joints. My son enjoyed his beef sandwich, and my wife thought it was one of the biggest, tastiest and attractive salads she’s had. The staff was kind, and they brought our order out to our vehicle when it was done. I have to give them kudos, and the place was nice and clean from everything I could see. And the prices were very reasonable compared to some other establishments. I highly recommend Gabito?!?

Very fresh vegetables on our double dough crust pizza. Crisp crust and cooked perfectly. Ordered delivery on a frigid day and pizza arrived hot and tasty. A very good recommendation.

As a pizza joint, you expect them to be prepared to handle the rigors of a busy Friday evening. At the one hour mark passed our promised delivery time, we spoke to the store and told them we would come pick our pizza up instead of having it delivered. They were apologetic that they were so busy and weren’t sure how much longer it would be. We told them we were coming for the pizza and we’d be there in about 10 minutes. When I got there, nobody had taken the effort to remove the pizza from the pick up shelf and then a delivery driver also picked it up and delivered it. Their team running their store is not experienced and not led by competent adults.

Just tied to place an order online but it wouldn’t go though. Called the store to place the order and the total came out a lot higher and they couldn’t explain where the extra changes came from. Buyer beware…

This is a carry out place so not much for atmosphere eating…. The girl behind the counter handled the rush she was in the middle of with the utmost courtesy, not sure I could’ve done as well as she did!!!

Not pleased with this locations food quality. It was edible but not what we are used to from Rosati’s. Sad since they are so close by. The hot wings were dry – no sauce on them as advertised, no sauce on them at all. The ribs weren’t good either and the cesar salad was missing from the order. The fries were good. The pizza had very little sauce on it too. I tried to call and sat on hold too long. Just not worth it.

The location is wonderful and I never want it to leave.
The staff is always friendly and fast. The restaurant is super clean and updated. Of the 5 times I’ve been here, there has always been slices.
The only issue is…the food. I’ve had slices 3 times, burger and full pizza. All of it has been meh.
Each time the pizza feels like it’s 2 minutes short on cook time and the cheese tastes funky.
Burger was super over cooked and the fries are meh.
BUT don’t give up hope. I’ll keep trying this place every two months to see how it improves.

As people can see I do a lot of Google reviews and I’m mostly friendly if at least the owners are trying. I live across the street from here and was hopeful that this would be different than the Mundelein location but I ended up driving to jimano’s in Mundelein. Owner could care less about the quality or the service of their location. I don’t need to talk about how bad my experience was but let’s just say I had to drive to jimano’s in Mundelein by Target to get my family pizza for the night because when I showed up there was nothing except for an arrogant owner. I live across the street almost from there but I’m more than happy to drive the extra 3 me to get good quality pizza at jimano’s right by Target. Don’t waste your time going here
