Im from California,I had pizza in NYC,New Jersey & Chicago, Rosati’s taste beats them all hands down,I can go all night about how good this pizza. I had the deep dish with ,tomatoes, onions, black olives, mushrooms,bell peppers,real cheese.The sauce taste homemade not from a can.The crust is delicious. We are in town for some medical appointments and were hungry after a day of adventuring down on the Navy pier. So we decided to head back to our hotel and order pizza to be delivered.
The process of ordering was a bit frustrating but once we got it placed, the order was delivered within the promised time frame.
The food was beautiful. The way the pepperoni is laid out so none of it gets cut is quite satisfying to look at. And the taste! Now, granted, it’s rare for me to meet a pizza I don’t like, but this one was one of the tastier ones I’ve experienced!
The sauce, a nice blend between tang and sweet. The crust held its form quite nicely and I didn’t even consider wanting to use a fork (which is a sign of a good pizza crust in my opinion). And I t was just greasy enough to satisfy the pizza addict in me.
And it was filling! We were feeding three adults and three growing boys 9-14yo. We ordered the jumbo slice of pizza that comes with a 20oz soda for each person and I ordered two extra slices in case someone was still hungry. They are going to make a yummy midnight snack!
My only “issue” was that the soda that was delivered was not a 20oz, but a 12oz can. Somewhat disappointing as far as the thirst factor goes, but overall not a big deal. It is, however, the reason I didn’t give 5 stars.
If I’m ever in the area again and craving pizza I know where I’m ordering from!

For years I have ordered pizzas from Rosati’s never again will I reorder them they have a manager in there and they had a delivery guy knocked my doorbell off the outside of my wall it happened to be a Google Nest doorbell and broke the camera lens I will never order a pizza from there again the manager was very very rude to me I don’t take that stuff from anybody I’m in business myself plus he told me I was full of crap I asked for the phone number of the owner and he would not give it to me

They close 10 so I came 9 20 and said 3 pepperoni pizza. They said they have only 1 left and but they got cheese pizza. So I said I will take 1 pepperoni and rest can be sausage and cheese. I came home and opened only cheese pizza. Clearly guy works there hate his job as he doesnt care

I got a poor excuse for a double dough pizza and even the fried dough was terrible. I’ve been to other Rosati’s locations where the quality and taste is consistent and great – here it is not. I even called to question the order, and all I was told is that’s how we make it here. They should call their nearby stores and learn how to cook and live up to their brand standard. Very disappointed.

The quality of the food that we received today was terrible. Everything seemed as if the people in the kitchen put in as little effort as possible. The baked penne was naked pasta with a glob of sauce on top with a layer of cheese on top. There was an inch of water in the bottom of the container, so it was basically soup. The wings weren’t tossed in sauce either, just some added on in the takeout container. Clearly they’re trying to avoid washing any dishes here because they don’t toss their wings or pasta in sauces before they go into takeout containers. You guys really need to do better. If you’re going to put in half the effort, you better be charging half price for your food.
