Terri, our server, was fantastic. So personable and kind. The pizza was very good. Cheese, crust, and sauce were incredible. I have a family of 8 and although we don’t fit at a booth well we enjoyed the entire eating area and enjoyed talking to staff. I live almost 4 hours away from Rosati’s but somehow I will be back soon. Will be worth it.

Rosati’s is a great spot for pizza, especially if you like variety. The cauliflower crust pizza was delicious—crispy, flavorful, and one of the better gluten-friendly options we’ve had. We also ordered a build-your-own double dough crust pizza, and it was fantastic: perfectly crispy on the outside, soft inside, and loaded with great toppings.

Great pizza but terrible consistency with their deep dish. Since pizza extreme closed down in Fitchburg, I have ordered the deep dish here 5 times. 3 of the 5 times I have either received an entirely different deep dish (none of my toppings were on the pizza) OR i am missing a few toppings. Last night I ordered a 10” deep dish with Sausage, pepperoni, onion, green pepper & Jalapeno. I recieved a deep dish with banana peppers instead. I have previously called and have had to wait over two hours to get the correct deep dish sent to my house. I didn’t have the patience to do that last night. It’s a shame they are the only pizza joint close to me that has a really good deep dish. Last night Rosati’s lost my business for good, I’ll stick with frozen deep dish from Lu malnatis or giordano’s.

I door dashed to the uw hospital (sick cancer kid wanted pizza after not eating for two days). WORST food experience I have ever had. It looks like random pieces of pizza were just thrown in a box and sent out the door. Pizza was suppose to be pepperoni and it has sausage on it (he can’t have that) and the wings were burnt and looks like they have just been sitting out waiting.

We ordered 3 Gyros and the meat was okay,but the pita bread was very dry and hard to bite into and tasted old. The taziki sauce was nothing more than sourcream mixed with some seasoning or dill. Would not order these again.

Employees arguing and swearing at each other by the counter, messed up my slice order. I ordered two sausages and got one sausage and one cheese. I tried to correct lady at register and she got snippy and said cheese was for another customer and grabbed my two boxes. I should have double checked but wanted to get out of there as quick as possible. Definitely will never go back.

I ordered a 16″ pizza with pepperoni and I received a 16″ cheese with a few pepperoni. The cook had to have deliberately done this, and it’s not right. Never going here again and DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND wasting your time or money here. So obnoxiously rude.

I ordered a pizza for pick up, I got home and was given the wrong pizza. I called them right away and not only could I keep the pizza I got at first that was wrong, they sent a delivery driver to my house with the new pizza I was supposed to get in the first place. They made a mistake and corrected it right away. All we had to do was tip the driver which I thought was fair. Thanks Rosatis!!!
