Ordered for the first time in a long time Rosatis. I am originally from Chicago and had not had an authentic style pizza living here in Madison. 1st time I ordered the deep dish small sausage garlic green peppers jalapeño. Fantastic. Actually tastes better the 2nd day. That’s how you know it’s . Took about an hour and a half which they were transparent with before ordering through the app. Driver was nice. Packaged secure. Second time ordered the thin crust. Again phenomenal. Driver didn’t need the special instructions to find the place. Ordered here twice in a week that’s how impressed I was. If you’re from Chicago and crave our kind of food order from here. I called the store to personally tell them how quality their food and service was. Bear down.

Worst customer service I’ve had in a few years! We asked if we could have half Parmesan and half BBQ wings for the 6 piece wing appetizer. We requested this so my partner and I both could have our preferred wing sauce flavors. The cashier which whom was a middle aged male mocked my partner and said “ no we can’t do half Parmesan and half BBQ but we can do six Parmesan and six BBQ”. Our modification request was not acknowledged but met with a rude response. I’m sorry but when did being sarcastic to a customer ever become acceptable? I grew up in the early 2010’s in this neighborhood remembering countless days walking to Rosati’s on Commercial Ave for a quick bite. Now I will remember how bad the customer service and food is in 2025. The chicken is dry, and the pizza has too much cheese and onions. I will NEVER give Rosati’s my money. They need to work on a respectful atmosphere and being flexible with their food when a customers wants a modification’s we shouldn’t be talked down to.

Don’t ever buy their meatball sandwiches they are horrible. You might as well go to Subway. They’re much better than there. The meatball looked like a bunch of dog food with a bunch of sauce all over the bread. It was just so disgusting.

Got the Sausage Supreme and Vegetarian Delight for delivery and both were great. Food was hot and received quickly. My employees inhaled it! Sausage was delicious and pizzas were cheesy. They remind me of Chicago style thin crust!

While there is no dine on option, it takes about 35 minutes for the deep dish, and let me tell you… its worth it! It was so incredibly flavorful and well done. It also easily fills you up. The jalapeño poppers were the best I have ever had! They also have a cooler of cold beverages to purchase and the prices are definitely fair. We will most definitely be returning and most likely purchasing their in house sauce as well to take home.

Pizza and Strombolini were done exactly on time. It was pretty amazing actually, since I arrived exactly at the estimated pickup time. Hottest, freshest pizza I’ve probably ever had. Stream was rolling out of the box lol. It was so hot, that when I got it home I had to wait to eat it, that never happens at other pizza places. Tasted great too! Very satisfying and super cheesy meal

Rosati’s is truly fantastic. The usuals for our family are chicken alfredo & thin crust pizzas (best in town, in my opinion), but I most recently hot us hot beef sandwiches. They don’t mess around with hot beef sandwiches. The beef is tender and delicious, plus they give you amazing au jus on the side if you ask. They pile it with either regular bell peppers or spicy peppers. The owner and his staff are super friendly. Even their to-go boxes are top notch. The vibe is charming. Satisfaction guaranteed 😉

I went to Rosati‘s the other day out of hunger while doing laundry, next door. I use the online platform in order the MONSTER… WHICH HAS DOUBLE LAYERED DOUGH, OLIVES, ITALIAN SAUSAGE, MOZZARELLA CHEESE, A OCEAN FULL OF MARINARA, ONION & PEPPERS. I ate one slice and was filled..* ahhh (me hurting)
Anyway, shout out to the guy in the front named Jose! Very friendly and helped me out exceptionally. He stated, recently, “He lost everything in a fire and is rebuilding..”

So honestly, to tell you the truth, I stopped shopping with Rosati’s for a while, but I had a car accident and which resulted into me reaching out to Rosati’s and upon delivery OK so let’s start first. The food was awesome as usual per usual but upon delivery there was this guy and he gets very upset when you don’t deliver I mean when you don’t tip him so there was a delivery guy and he got mad that I didn’t tip him and on top of my shoulder hurting from the car accident, he shoved the pop in my hand, literally shove the pop in my hand and shove my pieces at me so hard that my Parmesan cheese almost fell off the box I tip when able to however this time it just was a tough time for me so I did not tip and when I say he does not like when you don’t tip it’s a way to go about things buying two pizzas for 40 something dollars was already titled on my budget so I kindly let him know that I’m pretty much struggling right now so it was hard for me to tip you But he was very rude. His body language his demeanor was absolutely unprofessional total heartbreaker. I know it’s courtesy to tip and yes, it’s also courteous of me saying thank you when I didn’t have a tip thanking him for the service, but that didn’t matter all he cared about was money as soon as I openEd the door he shoved the phone in my face demanding a tip.
