We’ve been ordering from this location for several years and it’s always been very good but lately they’ve taken it to a new and higher level. The pizza delivery is now the best in the area. Always getting the order right. The food is always hot and fresh whether it’s the pizzas, the apps or the sandwiches. Top Notch Rosati’s. Top Notch.
update: 2/22/26. Just received a 16” thin crust (supposed to be well done)and something changed bigtime. It was thick and doughy. Had to scrap off the toppings and throw away the crust….what happened here??….photos attached. Completely different pizza than the last dozen orders of thin crust.

1st time visit. This location is the BEST Rosati’s in Wisconsin. The Food was Perfect. The slices held up. Firm. Great tasting. Met the Owner as soon as you walk through the door. Tried the Franklin location for 10 years. New Berlin is my New Rosati’s. Highly Recommended.

My pizza was very sloppy. Toppings were crazy stacked, and everything slid right off the pizza. Ordered one of their menu pizzas because it looked really good, but what i got looked nothing like the picture. Idk man, not for me. This was gross.

I ordered for pick up. The pizza crust doesn’t seem done enough. Its definitely not crispy. The garlic bread could have been cooked a little longer too. I hate to throw it out for what you pay but I don’t think I can eat only the little bit that I did choke down. I used to get pizza from them along time ago and it’s not like it was.

I’m from out of town but have ordered from here many times. I absolutely love their pizzas. We recently ordered from Rosatis again and we ordered a few pizzas along with other items. I have not had a Chicago style pizza in a while and absolutely loved Rosati’s Chicago style pizza. It was thick, packed full of tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni and sausage. I wished we had ordered two Chicago style pizzas as we devoured it quite quickly as a group. It was delightful like I remember Chicago style pizza I ate in college. Our other pizzas and bread sticks were great as well.
I also love chicken Parmesan sandwiches and feel I have to try them if they are on any menu. Rosati’s chicken Parmesan was okay but not the highlight of our order. I’ve definitely had better at other places.
We ordered takeout and our food was ready as stated when we placed our order.
I would recommend ordering from Rosati’s and look forward to the next time we visit family and order from them again.

Mom and I were trying to find something for dinner on the way home from Costco. I happened to see the sign as we went through the intersection and u-turned to check it out. Serendipity. Crust was great, but the toppings stole the show. We I received the pizza I was startled by weight. Generous amounts of meats, crisp peppers and onions, and easily a full pound of mozzarella on top. This is the best pizza I’ve had in a dozen year or more. Service refreshing and extremely helpful. If I lived in Wisconsin I’d make this my new go-to when craving pizza, sadly i’m only visiting. This place is a gem!

So last time I ordered a Chicago style pizza from here they gave me a pizza that was completely raw. So today I gave them another chance but ordering a thin crust so it would be cooked thoroughly. I got less than expected. While I was eating I thought the topping was great but it had an odd texture. The more towards the middle pieces I got it was just slimy and I noticed raw yet again. Now I’ve been getting food from them for awhile now the 2 most prior incidents have really turned me away from ordering a pizza ever again from here. I called and was upset but by them serving me raw dough I can get sick. That can cause ecoli and I dont have time to be sick or worry about getting sick. The manager I spoke with was very rude and said he cut it himself and it looked fine. The thing is though it wasnt fine. I told him about the potential of getting people sick, i was offered a credit but I can guarantee it will not be used on pizza. The part that irritates me most is he wanted to argue about the pizza not being raw. I offered him to come pick it up. Hes more than welcome to come stick his finger in it and see its raw. Even when I look at the bottom it has no darkening of being cooked throughly. Here are some photos of what was under my globs of cheese.

I’m only rating the pizza and it is really good! The crust stays crispy and doesn’t bend in half if you have a lot of toppings. The sauce is flavorful and the toppings are always fresh. We haven’t had a bad one yet. After being disappointed with so many local pizza joints we finally found our go to pizza even if it is a bit of a drive.
