I ordered a thin crust and a deep dish, and both of them were raw in the middle. The sausage is pink in the middle and not cooked. It is absolutely disgusting. When I called the manager, he could’ve cared less and basically hung up on me. I will never order from here again, and I would not suggest eating here.

Rosati’s used to be my fav pizza. I’m SHOCKED!!!!! The ONLY reason I gave a 2 is because the sandwich was okay, the rest a zero, fries horrible, pizza was awful!! I’ve seen these bad reviews for Rosati’s and thought no way! Well worst pizza, ordered Italian sausage they added pepperoni, did not want it. barely any meat, onions etc scattered and cheese eh. This pizza I would have thrown out and made a new one. Will never order again, not at those prices. Delivery was for 45 minutes took 1 hour 45 min for awful food.

I’m from Chicago and honestly pizza around here sucks so you can only imagine how excited I was to find a Rosatis out here unfortunately I was beyond disappointed pizza came with zero sauce cheese was terrible after this I decided to give them another chance this time asked for extra sauce. Same out come basically got bread with cheese when I called to inform them not asking for a refund or anything just friendly criticism they wanted yo hear nothing from me and eventually just hung up on me…I think that’s it for me no more rosatis and would not recommend anyone to come to this location

We ordered a medium stuffed mushroom and spinach pizza for a vegetarian and instead received a SMALL thin crust mushroom, spinach, and SAUSAGE. The pizza also looks very uncooked. I cannot eat it even If I wanted to because it has sausage on it. We also ordered mozzarella sticks and 2 orders of fries. All of which were disgusting because they were DRENCHED in grease and cold. We also ordered a large cheese pizza and it was cold and half of it wasn’t even sliced. We also ordered 2 orders of cannoli’s and one order of Zepolie and they were missing from the order. We had to wait almost 2 and a half hours for it to be delivered and when it was delivered the driver said they were “lost” but we never got a call asking for directions or to give an update. We tried to call them right after we noticed that they MASSIVELY messed up but they had JUST closed so they declined the calls. So they will be getting a call from me in the morning. To make matters worse, they didn’t even give us a receipt so hopefully they don’t try to screw us over by saying we didn’t order what we actually did. This place used to be SO good and delicious but this monstrosity of a mess up is SO bad that you would think that kindergarteners were running the whole restaurant. Then again, I think calling them kindergarteners would still be a compliment because even kindergarteners can follow simple directions.

The four cheese ravioli and chicken penne were delicious, and the antipasto salad was incredible. Two people got two meals each from those three dishes. They tasted like the ingredients were fresh and top quality.

We usually order on a weekend and love the delivery lady we get. Tonight was the worst! I orders through the rewards account per usual around 6:45, order was confirmed for delivery @7:50. By 8:30 I tried called to see how much longer. After 4 calls and 15 mins, someone finally picked up. He said that our food was leaving out the door now and will be there shortly then hung up on me!! ! 9:00 came nothing, and of course no one is answering AGAIN! I will be contacting the owner in the morning! If you can’t make the delivery in time .. we get it, everyone is short staffed. Food showed up finally 9:35 … 3 hours after we ordered and cold and like it had been thrown around before it got here….. disgusting and we throw it out!!! By this time we picked up something else for dinner be honest with your customers. We considered ourselves loyal to Rosatis because my husband loves it…. but this is completely unacceptable! Will be contacting corporate in the morning as well

Been to this location twice now and they have great service. The calzone was insanely good! Highly recommend giving these guys a try!
