My family was passing through Grafton. We wanted pasta & pizza, google took us here. I am so happy it did! I ordered a slice of pizza for my 6yr old but they informed me they only serve them at lunch. I was trying to figure out what else to order when the owner/manager came over & said he will make a personal pizza for my daughter. As we waited for our food, I took notice that all the food that came out looked GREAT! The restaurant was clean & roomy. The manager/owner personally brought out my daughters pizza they made just for her & this is where everything changed. They not only made her a personal pizza but they made it into a heart just for her. They went above & beyond for us for no reason at all. The food, service & experience was all WONDERFUL! Thank you for making our Friday night dinner memorable. The only complaint is the outside sign wasn’t lit up which made it hard to see the building. Turn the lights on & let the people in!

Got a take out pizza from the Grafton location on Saturday night April 30th. Got to the store and standing in front of the register waiting to pay and pickup I hear loud rap music coming form the kitchen (sorry I really dislike rap music, especially in a restaurant). I am told “he” is just cutting my pizza, all of a sudden a guy comes out of the back looks right at me and turns around to go back into the kitchen. He had this smirk on his face. I get my pizza handed to me by the waitress and she too has a funny smirk on her face. We drive the ten minutes to home and open up the pizza, around the whole top of the pizza it is burnt! Now I know the reason for the smirks! Being late and we were hungry we just cut off the outer 2″ and eat the inside. At the price that this place charges I sure did not expect nor deserved a burnt pizza. It will be a cold day in you know where before we ever get anything form this location again.

There are good and bad’s with every new place, Rosati’s is no different. I would like to give some insight on my first experience.
Let’s start with the bad. Firstly, the restaurant was very hard to find heading south bound through Grafton. It is tucked away and there is nothing that says “come eat here”. Secondly, when greeted (8:30 pm) the front of house employee seemed very unenthusiastic, monotoned and down right unhelpful to a first time customer. Lastly, the menu, in my opinion, seems a little pricy for pizza. I know of 3 other longer running, more established and (also in my opinion) better pizza for a more reasonable price.
Next the good. The atmosphere of this establishment is underrrated. Very cozy, inviting and small family/first date/casual-formal dinning. Comfortable booths and an occomidating number of seats. Once our pizzas was done, in reasonable time for any pizza joint, we were approached and thank for our business (by a different gentleman) A much more warming approach then when we came in.
Now I would like to give my opinion on the pizza. We ordered a larger double crust S.P.M.O and a small thin crust S.P. To start the thin crust is not your “typical” cracker thin crust pizza and their “double-crust” is exactly what it sounds like 2 crust pressed together, somewhere in between hand tossed and New York style (just not as big of slices). Nothing about the crust stood out. The sauce was delicious! I find myself being secondly most critical of the sauce and I believe they knocked it out of the park. Not too sweet, acidic or salty but a great combination of each element. The cheese and the toppings were outstanding as well fresh ingredients and plenty of them, maybe too many… hear me out this is the last but most disappointing of all.
When we arrived home to two small hungry gremlins we were excited to try somewhere new and with open mind and empty stomach we dove in and immediately I noticed the problem. ALL THE TOPPINGS SLIDE OFF THE PIZZA… there was no “glue” holding the toppings one. Crust,sauce,toppings,cheese was the Oder of operations in constructing both our pizzas, there was no glue holding any of it together. And to top it all off with all the heavy ingredients sealing next the water sauce with a layer of cheese you’ve just created a steam room and a 15 min car ride turns your nice double crust to double expensive moosh.
All in all I would say I am about 25% likely to return and about 10% likely to give a positive word of mouth review.

First time ever eating at this location. I ordered the lasagna and while eating i got a mouth full of plastic. Yes at the bottom of the pan it came in i got a big mouthful. Ordered mozzarella sticks and they were cold. Very disappointing. I will not go back.

Rosati’s is part of a nation wide chain (nearly 200 locations), that serves ‘Chicago style’ pizza. There are a variety of pizzas available, everything from thin crust to double dough but it is the deep dish that the draw. (Deep dish pizza is thick – it almost resembles a pie.) In addition to the pizzas, there are a variety of pastas on the menu; from lasagna and ravioli to spaghetti. Parking is plentiful and everything is handicap accessible.

Was hoping the re-opening would be better than when it first opened. First time there after the re-opening they forgot my hot peppers. No offer of refund, I was in a hurry and at the italian beef anyway. 2nd visit took a long time to get my combo but am pretty sure I got an undercooked italian sausage. They offered me a credit rather than a refund, I told them not to bother since I just don’t want to risk eating there again.

We ate at Rosati’s on their 2nd day of opening in Grafton. Thin crust pizza was great. The salads were a good size. Price was very reasonable.

Didn’t even get the chance to eat their pizza. Called at 6:45pm on a Saturday night after not being able to order on their website because the Grafton location isn’t searchable, or doesn’t exist, on their website yet. After several rings, someone answered and asked me to hold. After more than 7 minutes on hold with no one coming back to at least apologize for the wait and let me know that it would be a few more minutes, I hung up. Have heard things about poor service and understaffed, so it makes sense. Wanted to give it a shot, but probably won’t again. Too bad.

Maybe too many items on the menu..pizza was delivered and the whole top slid off the crust and the edges we’re burndt. Called to complain person on the phone was very rude but they made a new pizza and had it delivered again

Tried to give this place a second chance after reopening. Went on a Friday night with only about 4 tables full. Waited 5-10 minutes before anybody seated us. When someone finally came out from the kitchen he had his finger in his nose…not appetizing. Me and my family decided to eat somewhere else
