Tasty thin crust w sausage, mushroom, onion & green peppers, though a little salty from the first bite. Close to what I remember from Chgo especially with the hand formed chunks of sausage instead of sausage crumble, what is so common up here. What is also “A Chicago Tradition Since 1964” is a dimly-lit, wooden interior, table cloths, booze, a waitress and “assurance” that mediocre reviews, like this one, get improved quickly.
This is in the corner of a strip mall, bright, no waitress, no alcohol, just Pep** products. Not really a destination but ok if one wants a taste of Chicago delivered or picked up. But this is Germantown and Wisconsin. There are much better local pizza places. The franchising of “tradition” is tiring and really seems to serve the purpose of giving developers another incentive to destroy local beauty and tradition. Driving SE into Milwaukee on Fond du Lac show many come-and-went strip malls. Why now up here?
My order call was picked up from somewhere else. Only two staff seen at this location. While rushed at the counter, one did find the time and was courteous to deliver to my table paper plates and a to-go box.

Wait was a bit long and the pizza did not taste the same as the original rosatis. The taste of the sauce on the pizza wasn’t right. And the bread/crust was not right either. It’s not bad pizza though. Just not what I remember at all.

The place was dead at lunch time 1pm open sign was off didn’t even know the place was open till we opened the door. Only had 2 slices of pizza we had 3 guys. Employee didn’t seem thrilled that we were there and seemed like he didn’t want to make any more so we could all eat. Two of us got the remaining 2 slices and the pizza itself was actually really good. Probably would have sold another 3 slices of they were available. Last time I was here same thing and we saw a lady come in for a slice and leave when she was told there were none and none in the oven. Same employee both times idk just kind of a bummer cuz the pizza is good and it would be an awesome place to stop for a quick lunch if we knew there would be pizza available consistently

Oh yeah, we just had our first takeout pizza and it met all of our expectations. This is the real deal Pizza, yeah we know it’s a franchise, but they did an amazing job with our large cheese, sausage and mushroom pizza.
Perfect amount of sausage, perfect amounts of Mushroom, perfect amount of sauce.
The crust was perfectly cooked.
This is what we’ve been waiting for!.
We were very surprised at how well the restaurant looked when we went inside to pick up our pizza.
Really a nice looking place on the inside!
Hopefully they will join our local Chamber Of Of Commerce, but other than that will be back!

The food here was great. We got an order of Cheesy Garlic Bread, one pepperoni and sausage pizza, one order of cheese curds, and an order of mozzarella.
Everything we ordered was done very well. The pizza was loaded with toppings and the cheesy bread was very similar and had lots of cheese. The mozzarella sticks and cheese curds were juicy too.
Rosatis pizza is a must if you’re in the germantown area.
This place is a must visit

Pizza was excellent, have ordered twice. Last night it seemed they were in utter chaos. The first time i came to pick it up two different people asked my name and couldn’t find my pizza. The second time i came to pick it up there was a man who was handed someone elses pizza and he said he didn’t think that was his and they went in the back and found his order and took back the other pizza. Then the owner? came out and was frantically looking on his phone and asked an employee what was the customer’s name after he had already left. Another patron asked how long of a wait for their order and the employee responded he had no idea. It was very disorganized. They asked my name again and couldn’t find my order out front but then they found it in the back. I hope with time they will get a better system going because we love their pizza. Much better than the same version from Menomonee Falls in our opinion.

My husband and I were excited to try the new pizza place. I ordered thin crust extra pepperoni pizza. Hubs got thin crust with pineapple and canadian bacon. I couldn’t taste the pepperoni at all. Nor could my daughter when she tried mine. And I couldn’t taste pizza sauce. Hubs couldn’t taste Canadian bacon. When I looked under the cheese, the pepperoni was almost see through, it is so thin. Same with the canadian bacon. There was a lot of cheese, which was really good. So I guess if you love just cheese pizza, this is the best. But I want to taste my pepperoni and sauce. It was pricey, and I think they are skimping corners with super thin meats. We won’t go back.

Got the Chicago deep dish and a calzone. The food was cooked perfect, and I had ordered right before close . The people were kind. And the atmosphere was clean. Big step up from the old pizza hut.
