Food was ready quickly and smelled amazing. We got the faimly meal on the website and it seemed like it was fit to feed the faimly easy. The double dough was not joking around and had a great cheese pull. Mixing the alferdo with the marinara sauces is our suggestion to get a little of the best of both worlds. The cinnamon sticks were both sweet and salty which was amazing and then we found out there was icing under a part of the foil. Still had about half a pasta and most of a pizza left after feeding a faimly of 4.

We’ve now tried Rosati’s Pizza three times over the past year (twice last spring/summer and again today), and unfortunately the quality has been consistently poor.

On our most recent visit, we ordered thin crust for pickup. The pizza was ready in under 10 minutes, which made sense once we saw and tasted it. The crust was very undercooked and doughy, the vegetables (mushrooms and broccoli) were barely cooked, and the overall flavor was bland (tasted like cardboard).

Previously, we tried their deep dish twice and had to throw it out both times because it was inedible — something we almost never do. We kept giving it another chance because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews, but our experience hasn’t matched that at all.

Maybe others have had better luck, but based on multiple visits, this just hasn’t been good pizza for us.

My first bite of their deep dish pizza instantly reminded of Chicago’s Giordano’s and Pequod’s. I love that I found this place.
Everyone was so accommodating and welcoming as well. I recommend a stop here anytime you’re in town.

Rosati’s pizza is a must try! From the Chicago deep dish (definitely a two-handed situation, but absolutely delicious) to the thin crust veggie pizza, everything we tried here has been really good. We have done take-out and delivery, both were great. Make sure to try the housemade garlic butter, cinnamon sticks, and hot Giardiniera peppers as well!

The pizza here is straight gas. Super flavorful and top notch ingredients. A lot of the sauces they make are also made in house like the garlic butter sauce which I would highly recommend if you are a garlic lover like myself. This is quickly becoming one of my favorite pizza spots here in Frederick and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is a self proclaimed pizza connoisseur. You will not be disappointed.

For reference I tried their deep dish and those think crust and both exceeded my expectations for what I was expecting. I’m more of a thin crust person but the amount of flavor and texture that was in the deep dish made me second guess if thin crust is truly favorite.

The thin crust was also very delicious and it’s the reason why I still order at least once pie of thin crust along with anything else I want to try.

Highly recommend. 9/10

It is the best deep dish pizza I have ever had. The ingredients are all fresh: the pasta sauce has whole tomatoes, delicious.
Their wings juicy and flavorful.
It puts Papa Johns to shame and I like Papa Johns.
I paid less there than other pizza establishments.
I have had three different cashiers. They were all friendly and polite. It is small and not for large groups. Other customers are kind, friendly, and polite.

The Rosati’s Monster Pizza is the bomb! It comes in several sizes from 12 inch to 18 inch. It has everything on it and is a thin crust. We prefer the thin crust to be extra crispy and they always fulfill that request upon ordering via phone. The 18 inch is $34.99 and can easily feed a family of four or five. We prefer the Monster over the deep dish. If you order the Chicago Deep Dish Pizza, I suggest you get at least a few toppings. The toppings make give it better taste. They also have other dishes on the menu, but we have not tried them as of this review but hope to soon. For now the Rosati’s Monster Pizza is one of the best pizza’s in Frederick at a fair price.

“This is more of a delivery service and counter-service place than a restaurant.” Those are the words of the man who served us at the counter. We wish we had known that fact prior to eating here. This place needs to change its online description from “eatery” to “carryout.” This place does have five chairs, along with two tables, for dining-in.

While we found the restaurant immaculately clean, there was no restroom or place for us to wash our hands. We had to go to Subway next door to use the bathroom!

In my opinion, this establishment is a bit over-priced. The largest pizza, with two extra toppings, along with two bottled waters, totaled just shy of $40. Tap water is not an option; however, the counter man was kind enough to provide us with extra cups.

We ordered a thin-crust pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. While we found the pepperoni on the pizza lacking, it was caked with cheese. The outer crust had the crunch and flavor of a dry, hard cracker. The crust throughout was too thin for even a thin crust pizza. The sauce had the flavor of a warmed can of tomato paste. The interior parts of the pizza were okay, maybe even good. However, the outer 3-4 inches of the pizza left much to be desired. Also, slicing the round pizza in squares simply made it harder to eat.

You might do better by picking up a quality pizza from the frozen aisle than eating here. Save yourself $20 while possibly having a better pizza!

Authentic juicy delicious Chicago-Italian-Beef-Sandwiches and Chicago Deep-Dish and Thin-Crust Pizza!

If you’ve ever seen the delicious food shown on The Bear, or even better if you’ve had the food recommended by Everyone in Chicago, then like me, you have been searching Maryland for authentic Chicago-Italian-Beef-Sandwiches! *** (I’m a little excited here 😉 These are NOT Philly cheese-steaks … Please, no cheese on these! No fresh-“salad” on the sandwich! No onions! And these are not French-Dip … These have better seasoning and softer bread. These are made with very-thin-sliced beef (imported from Chicago :-), just thick enough not to fall apart when slowly simmered in delicious seasonings including the tiniest trace of hot spices. The Italian roll is soft to drink up lots of juice, or to soak in juice if you order it “wet”, which is a Chicago thing. The bread just has to hold together for as long as you are holding on. This place makes it savory and perfectly, and the manager happily gave us additional juice on the side. I love this sandwich with softly simmered “sweet” green peppers, or you can get with “hot” giardiniera mixed pickled veggies, either one is authentic, and this place uses the Rosati’s brand which has a nice kick to it. I got it with a side of fresh hot thick-enough crispy fries, like i used to have at Johnnies west-of-Chicago. It’s a filling 6-inch sandwich. This is heavenly!

This is the branch of Rosati’s that makes it’s pizza-sauce fresh on-site, and uses delicious crust and sausage brought in from Chicago. I brought home a frozen deep-dish pizza. Dinner tonight!

This storefront is 0.2-miles east of US-15, off 7th Street at Fairview. It’s in the middle along the east of the large parking lot. This place is sparkling clean. There are two tables totaling four seats, for dining in the restaurant, which we did. There’s a coin-operated candy machine for a handful of skittles or m&m’s. The manager is friendly and accommodating. A real nice experience!
