If you want a fine dining experience go somewhere else. If you want good Peruvian food that’s mouthwatering flavorful go to Rosa’s Peruvian. The cafe is a dive actually, but the food is delicious. It literally reminds me of being in Peru. The Ceviche is spot on fresh with lemon, and our Loma Saltado, the beef was tender and flavorful with cooked onion. Now, my favorite is the Tallarín Verde Noodles with beef steak, the flavor is authentic, earthy and savory. I want to go back everyday.

Overall the chicken was really good. It was juicy and had nice flavor. I loved the fries too. The salad was real fresh and crisp. The meal also included a 2L soda. Would definitely have this meal again with my family.

I love Peruvian food and culture. I’ve been to this restaurant a few years ago and the service was not that great. I decided to give it another try, I figured perhaps it had changed. I was wrong. Food was average waited 40 mins for one plate then 21 mins for another plate. After taking our order after asking telling her we were ready many times never returned to check on us. The place is dirty, old, and needs a deep clean. The music was OK, would have been better if the videos did not show women dancing like in a strip club. The whole experience was below standard for what they charge for food. I hope that ownerships takes my review not as a negative intention but rather as an inspiration and motivation to transform the business environment. It’s a good product and they have an established clientele would be sad if lost.

Food is great.
Service is okay.
It can get really busy at times.
My family tends to order takeout.
Favorite dish at the moment is the arroz con camarones with leche de tigre.

We love the food so that’s the only reason we keep coming back lol.. but it seems like if u aren’t part of their little community of people they don’t bother to help you, you can literally stand there and they don’t acknowledge you. We have came at different times and weren’t able to get seated their friends come and sit themselves and get attended first.
This day we had to wait til they were all done eating to get our food made, all chefs were on lunch at the same time I guess. Customer service is non existent in this place. Just make sure u order to go

Great food! Good service most of the time. Though if you aren’t one of their group some of the servers will just straight up ignore you. So rude! On the other hand, other servers have been really great and attentive. If you don’t mind a wait, this is definitely a good low-key spot with some good food though!

Service is not good at all (and I’m Peruvian) they put a bad face to the Peruvian community! If you want Peruvian food go to LA or something.
Hopefully they have competition soon. The city needs good representation for this amazing cuisine!

I walked over from a nearby tire shop and thought this restaurant was gone, because there was no sign outside.
I decided to try Los Hermanos instead and was surprised when I was given a menu for Rosa’s. There were several options on the menu that I was not familiar with. I decided to try the Tallarin Saltado. It was a beef,/veggie/noodle stir fry dish.
When it arrived I was presented with a fairly large portion, along with a bottle of green salsa. I put a small amount of salsa on the plate and tried it. I liked it and added more to the meal.
The food was quite tasty and satisfying. I finished most of it and left satisfied. I would recommend it to others.
