Their burritos are really good, much better than Chipotle or whatever, and they’re a standout on the Anschutz campus. The store can be a little hectic at lunch time, but they have good and fast online ordering if you want to skip the line. Very convenient!

The best fish tacos I have ever had! I had a fish taco from a food truck in San Diego years ago and have never been able to find one since that could come close until today. Rosa’s Mexican Kitchen is beyond amazing! The Green Chili Pozole was outstanding. It was so comforting and would be amazing for a cold or flu. The steak in the steak bowls is so fresh and seasoned to perfection! I’m rarely in this part of town, but will need to make a special trip specifically for Rosa’s!

We had some appointments in the area so we decided to check this place out and glad we did. There were four of us so we tried a little bit of everything. Really enjoyed the queso birra tacos and carnita tacos. Kids shared the nachos and enjoyed the churros! All the corresponding sauces were really tasty! The only thing we would have liked to have seen we’re more sides such as rice and beans and a bit more seating. We would definitely come back!

This is the best Mexican Food I’ve had in Colorado ever! I got the Birria Tacos and the Rice, Meat, Beans, and Veggie combo and it was fire, every single thing we ordered was good, the brownies, the churros, and especially the tacos. The place was extremely clean, the staff were all extremely kind and all deserve the world, this place was amazing. I’ll defiently come again and make sure to recommend it to everyone I know in the area! It was a bit more expensive than other places, but that price is extremely justified and I’d pay it again without hesitating
