I was grabbing a coffee and sooo happy to see Rosa’s Kitchen had a TON of breakfast tacos to choose from. They even made my special request favorite- Migas tacos. The egg white taco was delish and fresh with Avocado and tomatoes. I enjoyed the sunrise over my tacos. Easy pull up parking or a public lot right next door. Very friendly servers and a frequent buyer card for perks. Saving this stop for future breakfasts.

I ate the Chilaquiles Bowl. I have never eaten this before so I was excited to try it. I had mine with chicken. The chicken was under seasoned and at the bottom was lots of green sauce which drowned the greasy chips. Also, I was the only one in line yet my food was not hot or even warm when I got it. I didn’t finish the meal. The menu said this meal was $8.99 but I was charged $10.99. I did have the Mango Fresca which was very delicious. It was $5 and totally worth it. I took one to go. Service and atmosphere was great, just a bit sad about the food.

A highly recommended dining establishment in Texas. My inaugural visit was marked by an exceptional culinary experience, characterized by delectable cuisine and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hospitality extended beyond the dining experience, with the locals displaying genuine kindness and generosity.

We ordered 6 bean+egg tacos and added cheese to all of them (which is $1 extra) so the total after tax came out to $21.28. We got home and opened the tacos… all of them were egg and bacon. So you guys gave us the wrong order AND OVERCHARGED US. We will be emailing you.

Just left the establishment about 30mn ago and drove home to enjoy my meal. Come to find out, they gave me an incorrect order. Ordered a barbacoa taco + a potato egg taco and they gave me 2 potato and egg tacos. Extremely disappointed, moreso for the price differences as well as the letdown of excitement i had for the barbacoa taco. Please make sure you receive your correct orders.

We came for the coffee truck and saw this taco truck so of course we had to get breakfast. We ended up getting the mini taco plate. We were so excited to eat that I forgot to take pics of the food, but it was so good… lol! Cozy little area. Definitely stop by and grab yourself a coffee and some tacos.

I come here very often and the last time I came there was egg shell in my taco and I brushed it off because owner and staff are sweet, as it did gross me out especially because I am pregnant. I just came today and my boyfriend and I both got eggshell in our tacos again! It’s very frustrating as I do make a 30 minute drive just to come, I understand quick service but not when it’s like this. I’m in my third trimester and have nausea again and threw up as I already do feel weird eating eggs and then to have that crunch from the egg shell is disgusting.

I ordered a specialty taco, Alhambra, which was $5.50. It barely had any asada, and only 1 slice of bacon. Would not recommend.

We also ordered another specialty taco, Pirata, and it barely had any cheese.

Overall my experience was less than mediocre, and the tacos are very small and barely filled.
Will not be returning.

Today was the first time I tried Rosa’s Kitchen and I must say, my son and I loved it. We had the mixed street taco plate served with grilled onions, fresh onions, cilantro, lime and your choice of red or green salsa. The food was delicious and I used both salsas on my tacos because I couldn’t decide which one I liked more. The red is a bit more spicy that the green, but so good. Use with caution , lol. We complimented our meal with their fresh squeezed strawberry lemonade. Unlike other places that use strawberry syrup for their lemonade, Rosa’s uses fresh cut strawberries which is so much better. I would definitely recommend this place and it will become my favorite lunch spot every time I am in the neighborhood for work. Thank you Paloma for the friendly smile and great customer service.
