First off their flour tortillas are so much like my grandmother’s. Wow. For the rest of the food I’ve had so many of their different selections their combosed of singles and I’ve never been disappointed they live up to the expectation of the food they have a wonderful sauce bar area. Please bring your family friends and have a nice time

Fast Mexican American food, known for their handmade tortillas and chips. Upon entry your greeted with a signs with every entree imaginable with picture and prices in clear bold letters. You get a number after you order and there are screens every so you know the moment your called. It’s a seat your self type of environment, similar to a fast food joint. The decor was very festive and all the tables were very clean. They serve a variety of beers, sodas and tea. There’s a little something for everyone. They also give you free tortillas with your meal. Salsa and others sides are extra but worth it because they are very tasty. If your ever passing through Old Town Temecula or staying at the Hilton, give them a try.

Rosa’s Rosa’s ROSA’S!! Oh how we love Rosa’s Cafe! We ordered an enchilada meal and a taco plate, a side of chips, salsa and queso. The restaurant was not overly busy. Staff was friendly. The Restaurant was clean and ready to seat you. Our food was up in 5 minutes and delicious as usual.

I wasn’t expecting much, but I was still disappointed. I had the cheese enchiladas and unfortunately the cheese wasn’t melted throughout. I also found the enchiladas were basically disappointing all the way around. Now…. if you are looking for something simple and easy, but not tradition fast food. Rosa’s cafe has potential. I came in late in the day, so I have some hope that rush hour would be better.

Rosa’s never disappoints me! I love that this restaurant offers a lot of yummy burrito, fajita, and taco options. The tortillas are so fresh and yummy it’s hard to believe this is fast food! I also recommend you try their refried beans ! If your in the mood for some Mexican desserts, this restaurant offers a few options such as sopapillas. This restaurant has a lot of space for large groups and an outdoor patio! The location is very family friendly and is great for quick trips or long stays. Note: This location serves craft beer. 😉

They’ve been doing something right, right here, for a while now and it seems to be enjoying an increase in popularity year after year! Rosa’s Tortilla Factory is legendary! The staff is pretty solid. You shouldn’t have to much trouble finding a nice large jalapeno pepper or two at the salsa bar! Go ahead, don’t be afraid, but you better remember to soften the blow with MILK! You’re mouth is in pain? Don’t worry about it. You should be okay after this…

If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, this is not the place for you. The cost isn’t horrible but seems a bit pricey given the quality of the food is fairly poor. Salsa bar is good as well as the house made tortillas. Other than that, not much to be impressed on. The best way to describe it is white people Mexican food.

Ambience, cleanliness, and staff were all top notch. Tortillas and salsa bar are great. However if you’re expecting “authentic Mexican food” this is not the place. Was it bad? No but it wasn’t what I was expecting with a name like tortilla factory.

Good food. Not sure how authentic it is but very good. Rice tasted different, but the fajita meat in my fajitas was cooked perfectly and delicious and they have great queso. I also love salsa bars. Menue allows for some dinner options but it also allows you to pick n match and piece together small plates. Can get a tad pricy doing it that way. The diet coke was actually diet Dr. Pepper… Not a big deal

We used to love this place and hadn’t been in a few years. We decided to see for ourselves regardless of the bad reviews and we sadly agree with everyone. Everything is bland and tasteless. The salsa taste like tomato sauce. The enchilada sauce was not even edible. Worst experience. Atmosphere is cute but they need to improve their food quality.
