Drove 8 hours to meet a friend and was so excited to go to Rosa’s since I don’t live here anymore. Then I order through the drive through. I was really surprised that it got my food within 1 minute of paying but when I got to the hotel realized that they gave me only extra hot sauce not any mild like I asked and forgot my dozen tortillas. So I went back and they were really nice so I didn’t get mad. I got my tortillas and mild sauce and got back to the hotel again to see that there wasn’t any meat in my taco salad. I’m not going back. I’ve been driving way too long today. Its just disappointing to pay 30$ for 12 tortillas, 3 tacos, small chips and queso and a meatless taco salad.

The staff don’t listen about keeping the chips on the side for combination nachos that were to go. They decided it would be beneficial to use multiple containers to place each ingredient in for the nachos and let you put it together in a nonexistent container. Why would you do this? All my husband asked for was for the nacho ingredients to be put in the container and a bag of chips. My guacamole salad had more chips than salad. It was disappointing .

This isn’t the first time I had problems here. I never write reviews but this place has just not been it lately. The food has just been horrible. I’ve had uncooked chicken, constantly food missing in my order. This has happened 2 times where I get the taco plate and they just don’t put any meat in the tacos it’s crazy. I also only received 2 tacos instead of 3 on this plate as well. If I could rate a negative number or 0 I would.

The food was hit, but tasted horrible. I had to dump a bunch of Pico de Gallo and salsa on it to make it even passable to eat. I got beef enchiladas with red sauce and double rice. The rice was decent but it wasn’t hot. Once we got through the line though it didn’t take too long to get our food. Their chips aren’t that great either. Tositos chips taste better than others. Their salsa’s were good though, and so was the pico de gallo.
