Rosa’s Cafe is always a family favorite and a great place to go when you aren’t sure where to eat. Great atmosphere with decor, lighting and space inside. Nice salsa/side bar to get add-ons for the food. Always warm, tasty and quick with the food. The chocolate cake is always a personal favorite, but does have nuts in it. Definitely visiting one at least once wherever I travel with one being located there.

Great place good food and pretty quick. A little bit on the pricey side. Staff is good here and the store is clean. Plenty of parking.

If you happen to be driving through Odessa, Texas you need to stop here. The food is delicious and the portions are huge. When I first came to the restaurant it threw me off we stood in a line and ordered at the counter so I just assumed it wasn’t going to be that great. However, when the food came it shocked me. It tasted like home. I was beyond happy. When I go through Odessa, Texas I am going to make sure I stop there again. I know they have a couple more restaurants I am not sure where they are located in Texas. It is definitely google worthy to find out and worth the trip To satisfy those taste buds.

I heard a lot about the Rosa’s Cafe and was excited to be hear. But all my expectations are dropped the minute I saw the food. We ordered the Fahitas and the order more looks like cooked. Very disappointed.

Just purchase fajita plate combo minimal meat. Food sloppy should have checked before I drove off total waste of money! And they put the tortilla in the bag unwrapped. How lazy and unsanitary is this. Somebody needs to be fired. Never ever going back to this location

Considering we just got out of a church service. I’m guessing they were ready to get home but they got our order wrong twice & then my daughter couldn’t even get her fork through her enchilada & then as we’re eating before I found out that my order was wrong too. They’re up there cleaning the vents up in the ceiling. While we was eating. They were very kind & fixed the mistakes but we were the last one to get done eating in our church group. We’ve ate here every year for last 3 yrs. when we come for the Highly favored ladies conference. Never had a problem before I don’t know what happened on this go around.

I don’t know what else to say, other than just say it. ROACHES!
I’m originally from Odessa, but I live on the east coast now. I was so excited to go back to Rosa’s for a delicious meal! However, as soon as we sat down and I took my first bite, a roach casually strolled across the table and climbed onto the napkin dispenser. It’s was clear that it was this particular roach’s norm because he was way too comfortable walking around in plain sight. We immediately asked for the manager, and she refunded our money without an issue.

Being from South Texas, I’m pretty spoiled when it comes to Mexican food. The food at Rosa’s is pretty consistent no matter which restaurant and the traditional flavor profiles are there too. The pictures I took were for purpose. The eggs are seasoned and cooked well. The tamales were more masa dominant but still very tasty. The tortillas aren’t homemades but definitely are much better than any store bought. In all, a dependably reliable savory Mexican meal. My coffee was fresh and stout, a great cup to start the day along with a delicious breakfast.
