The beef fajita salad has gone up in price while the portion size has dropped significantly. There’s no reason this salad should be close to $15 after tax. With three strips of fajita.

Horrible service, Went to get food and there was this teenage girl, Didn’t get her name But she Wasn’t Good with her customer service at all, Didn’t even ask me for something simple like if I wanted a receipt, This place is a mess, Get better coworkers , A Girl on the big side was on her phone not even looking at the receipt and there was many at a time. Very horrible. AND THAN THE TEENAGE GIRL SHE JUMPED OUT THE WINDOW TO GIVE OUR FOOD, I have never seen that at any other place, and because of that this is how it came out.

I don’t really understand today makes the 2nd time I have ordered tacos both times the tacos on the board have beef lettuce tomatoes and cheese. That’s what I am expecting in a taco…. What I get is beef and potatoes mixture with cheese and lettuce. Who puts potatoes in taco meat…. And where are the tomatoes that your board shows…

I have eaten at this location (dine in and carry out several times) and another in Midland. I just think this food is sooooo delicious!! I am from MS and we come here to visit my husband’s family. I thought they were all the same, but no. This one, the food tastes the EXACT same EVERY SINGLE TIME! I always get the beef fajitas. The meat is always tender and the tortillas are always fluffy and fresh!!

If you’re in Midland and looking for that perfect balance of speed and authentic flavor, Rosa’s is the undisputed heavyweight champion. It’s the kind of place that feels like home the second you smell the fresh flour tortillas being pressed near the line.

Did not get a chance to order, was told breakfast ended at 10:30 and it was 9:45 when we arrived. Horrible customer service, when we ask for assistance. They responded by “It’s on the screen”. Decided to leave and as we walked out a lady in the kitchen yelled “ Que Bueno”, it high since thankful we were leaving and did not order and yelling bye as we walked out. Now we know why the place look like a ghost town when walking in!

First and last time here. You order and pay when you get in. When we sat down I noticed a few tables near us that needed attention. When we got our food the order was wrong. Whole time there we never saw anyone clear any tables. So when we were done I walked around and counted 20 tables that had dirty plates on them. It was 3pm so not sure if this is normal but it shouldn’t be. Makes you wonder if that’s what you can see, how is it were you can’t see.. like the kitchen…

I am really disappointed with today’s service. The beans were sour. The queso was over cooked and watered down. It was just horrible service today. I never go at dinner time and this will definitely be the last time. It was a waste of money. We didn’t even eat all the food. Ughh

If you’re a Caucasian American with a craving for something you’d generously call “Mexican,” then this is your culinary playground. The place is a visual delight—think of it as a ‘Pinterest meets Cancun’ kind of vibe, with festive décor that’s probably more Mexican than your cousin’s Cinco de Mayo party. It’s spotless, which is a nice touch because who doesn’t love clean surfaces to rest their margarita glass on?Now, let’s talk about the food. It’s made with obvious care and quality, and I’m sure the chefs worked hard to achieve that delicate balance between Taco Bell nostalgia and a vague nod to Mexican cuisine. As someone who actually grew up in Mexico City and knows what real Mexican food tastes like, I can confidently say that this restaurant offers a taste of Mexico—if Mexico had been colonized by Tex-Mex enthusiasts with a penchant for cheddar cheese. But, as I said, if you’re Caucasian and craving Mexican food, you’ll probably love this place. It’s Mexican enough to feel exotic but not so Mexican that it’ll scare off your palette. So, go ahead, grab a seat under the sombrero-shaped light fixtures, and enjoy your quesadilla with a side of authenticity—American style.
