As soon as we walked in there was no one at the front counter for a good 5 minutes. I simply said “hello? ” A drive through member hollered or to another employee to come help us and she rudely yelled back I’ll help her in a minute. At this point we almost walked out. We didn’t feel welcome. Once she came over she continued to have a very short temper with us asking us what we want. I had even asked for water cup and she one again snapped back ” well those are in front of you”. I wasn’t sure why my family and I were being scolded and treated shamefully. Once we did get our food, it tasted good.But the portion was very small. I get that you’re not paying a lot for a bean and cheese burrito, but there really wasn’t anything in the bean. And cheese burrito, it was mostly a Tortilla. This place is really gone down the hill. It used to be my favorite, but with a rude customer service and the lack of food, we left feeling hungry and disappointed. So we won’t be back anytime soon. Save your money and go somewhere else you could get customer service. Where they will treat you well and you’ll have a full belly for the same amount of money.

The food is decent, but the service has really gone down. I have come home with missing food multiple times all in a month’s worth of time. And you can always tell when its going to happen because it’s the same person working the drive thru and they always ask me multiple times to repeat my order. If youre going to charge almost $4 for a taco you should atleast get my order correct along with it. Im tired of giving this restaurant second and 3rd and 4th chances.

Arrived at 8:00 to order breakfast burritos. It was not busy but still waited at least 3 minutes at the counter before being acknowledged by staff. A young guy came from the back food area to take my order. He took my order and walked away, didn’t tell me a number, give me my receipt or my drinking cup. The ice was empty in both machines and although I was drink by in, my food was thrown in a bag and placed on the counter.
I order a bean and chorizo burrito and a steak and egg burrito. The bean was barely filled and the steak burrito had on small piece of steak.

This was a really incredible meal for me. I eat a meat based carnivore diet and I was excited to see they would sell me sides of meat ala carte for. I tried the shredded chicken, ground beef, fajita chicken, and fajita beef.
Be aware the ground beef has some potatoes in it so if you are on a low carb diet I would skip those. The fajita beef and chicken was incredible and I went back for seconds. I also got a side of sour cream and a side of shredded cheese to put on top. This was such a great option for me as someone who travels often and doesn’t eat carbs. Highly recommend.
