I always love eating at Rosa’s. The food is great quality and yet is still fast. Also you do not have to clean your own table even though it is a fast foot establishment. A great hot sauce bar with lots of choices. Real plates and great food, fast. What else could you ask for?

E. Ramos works in the kitchens but the guy ought to be in charge of customer experience. Guy sees our kids staring at the tortillas being made. Grabs a few hot outta the machine and gives them to the kids. Then later he surprises us with fried tortillas in cinnamon sugar. You can tell the guy likes his job. Best Mexican place in Lubbock.

Decided to try again for breakfast. Walked in took my order. Sat there for seven minutes and no one still made my order. Had to go back up to the counter ask for the manager. She said she the only one working on the line, but You could clearly see there is only one car in the drive-through. I could count nine employees in the kitchen.

I don’t understand why! They should not have one of the best cups of coffee in the morning. But they do, their coffee is outstanding, I bet if you look at all the reviews for all the rosa’s nobody talks about the coffee.
