This is was the first and last time we will ever go to this location. We have gone to many other locations and the service Android was far better. First off they don’t break down your receipt so that you can actually see what you are being charged ie: the 3 taco plate on Tuesdays which is the day we wrnt in is supposed to be $6.65 plus tax so instead of them just charging that they charge you the full price $10.65 hard and $10.55 for soft. We have been going to Rosas for a very long time and have never ever been charged .10 more for hard vs software. Its not the 10 cent price difference its the principal of it. The girl at this location was extremely dnsrky and woukdnt explain to us why our bill was 6.00 more than we normally pay including tax and drinks. Finally the manager comes to the counter and explains to us thst each meal is 6.65 and drinks $5.90 which is insane but ok it is what it is. We went around 9 pm . So we get our food and it was ice cold. We ate a little and brought it home to heat it up so we coukd have hot food. As I said before we have been to other locations in DFW and we were saved hot food!.. I believe there is another location not far from there so I strongly suggest you go there and stay away from this location at all cost they clearly do not care about customers and the girl there should of known the pricing and she didn’t she kept repeating like a broken record when we questioned the pricing that the discount is at the bottom of the receipt. 100% ruined our dinner and experience and we went in there hungry! The girl there which I didn’t get her name had fake eyelashes and black hair didn’t even give us our receipt I had to go back and ask her for ut and she didn’t even know how to print it out. I just wanted to share our experience so thst noone else has to go thru this .. I will be following up with corporate in the morning..Thanks for listening if you made it this far into my review.

We hadn’t been to Rosa’s in a very long time. We went as part of their Taco Tuesday special. We ordered 2 beef tacos, 1 chicken taco with rice & beans. May be the last time we eat at Rosa’s. The food had no taste, and not sure if that was chicken in our chicken taco. For the price, it’s hard to beat for what you get, but as for flavor, I’ve had better at Taco Bueno. I will say, maybe because it was Taco Tuesday, but the restaurant & drive-thru was pretty busy.

At the drive thru today my total was $10 and some change
I payed with a $100 bill and the lady handed me $82 and some change that eventually fell off her hand on to the floor. She sayd oh.
I drove aroung once i realized my change was short i gave her the reciept and money and told her i was missing $7. I was polite. She took the money and then gave me my change and said here and close the window and then I started driving forward when I realized she gave me 87 not 89. Once again she gave me the wrong change teach your employees to count please two dollars is two dollars and she can’t be giving away the wrong change. If there is one thing I hate the most is a thief.

Food and Service is usually always good at this location. Unfortunately today I came through the drive through and the lady at the window shut the window as I was asking if she wanted me to park for my order. Never experienced this rude behavior before. According to my receipt I believe her name was Destiny, hoping she improves her customer service next time.

I love homemade tortillas, and this place makes the best. I purchased the cheese enchilada plate, and it was delicious. The salsa bar has options of low, medium, and hot salsa and pico. The cook got my order out in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.

I love Rosa Cafe. Close to visiting all locations. There was a misunderstanding with the order. I asked for chicken fajitas meal and got a chicken burrito. Not upset, just ask for the correction, problem solved and we paid the difference. When I got the correct order, I got this. Missing two chips on the beans, a small portion of lettuce and cheese on the taco salad. Not a big deal. Just funny. To employees, when customers are making requests please don’t take it personal. Focus on doing your job well.

The food is good. The service is good. The atmosphere is good. The only problem is that the salsa at the self serve salsa bar is ice cold. It really brought the whole experience down a notch.
