“I had such a great experience here! The food was fresh, flavorful, and authentic—exactly what I was hoping for at a Mexican restaurant. The tacos were packed with flavor, the salsa had just the right kick, and the guacamole tasted homemade. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. You can tell they put care into both the food and the experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends.

I haven’t been to Denver City in who knows when but I had to do a project in town and afterwards I thought where should I partake and I’m glad I stopped at Rosas. The food was very good and the service was equal to the food. I was very impressed, finally found a place where green chicken enchiladas are suppose to be. If you’re traveling in this area I would recommend stopping for lunch.

I’ve given this restaurant one too many chances, hoping next time i go it’s going to be a better experience. But they fail everytime….the waitresses flock to the tables with men from the local business companies that go there for lunch. I’m assuming because they get extremely good tips but hey i tip good too. The wait time after you are seated to even get a menu or drink is unbelievable and the food is always cold. I have walked out on many occasions especially if we are seated in the back, due to being seated first and other customers come in after me and they get attended way before we do. I do not recommend this restaurant!!!!

We enjoyed the food. The girls were very nice to us. Food was good. Seems like we came at the end of day because as we were eating they pulled out a bucket and mop and started cleaning the floor while we were eating and serving customers with dirty hands after handling the bucket. I heard the cook sneeze couple times. Later I saw the cook lick her fingers couple times while cooking, perhaps that’s what makes this food more authentic but we won’t be back.
