Rosario’s Pizza at 248 Route 130 South in Bordentown, which opened in 1972, announced that today, April 19, 2023, would be its last day of service.

The pizza was great! Nice thin NY style pizza (see pictures) crust. The toppings did not overwhelm the sauce or crust. I ordered a cheese and pepperoni pie and it satisfied the craving. On the order hand the wings were not so great. They were overfried and flavorless. (I like my sauce on the side so this is the most honest review of the wings you can get) im not judging wings masked by the the flavors of a glaze. The size of the wings are actually decent. You can order ahead or dine in. I definitely recommend their pizza. Nothing fancy, “artisano”, or $7 slices- just good old fashioned pizza. A pepperoni pie was over $15 and $13 for 12 wings just fyi.

Sloppy and thrown together at best ,as you can see from my profile picture ,you just happened to deliver to a Certified Stephen Starr/Garces Events Chef of about 15 years in.As i ordered via your website i was extremely punctual about how i ordered my two burgers, disregard the temps i know thats not possible, its delivery,the fact of how it was thrown together,i didn’t like at all,no ketchup ,ON EITHER ,i did indeed want ketchup,ends of romaine lettuce where used as well ,some slighlty questionable, which is something because i have a nice order history of three months in with your establishment.

We drive 45 minutes to enjoy this food. It is Fantastic !!!! My wife and I usually order 3 different pies. We eat a little from each and take the rest home. It reheats well. You should see the customers faces when they see us and 3 pies. Lol. It’s well worth the drive

UPDATE: Rosario’s brought me another pizza and it was fantastic. The delivery guy and the woman who answered the phone (she said she was the owners wife) were both great and gave outstanding customer service.
I got my pizza delivered and it came pretty quick but at some point it was turned sideways and all the cheese and topping slid to one side and some off the pizza entirely. I felt it was heavy to one side when the driver handed it to me but I didn’t think much of it til I opened the box. I know for sure that a guy delivering pizzas all day noticed too but he didn’t say a word. So I got a large pizza that half of it was bare crust. The people were friendly but that don’t matter much when the food is messed up.

We are visiting but tried them out for a quick bite for the hotel we are staying in. For the price, the food was amazing, hot and fresh. Wings were huge compared to what the typical pizza place gives. Salads were fresh and not rotten. The 2 ladies and gentlemen working were very friendly to my son and I.

Impolite owner/staff, I had visited them for the first time in January. The lady didn’t even greet me just a “what can I get you?” Not only that, the pizza I had ordered was barely warmed up. Personally I don’t like to complain, mistakes happen. After dining in, I complimented the place maybe they will be appreciative, but they weren’t. You can also see how small businesses react in such unprecedented times. From Owner Being in the NEWS to dealing with their own customers! Definitely from my personal opinion their true character has been unveiled time n time again.

To have an opportunity to meet so many great people and visit great places.
He recommended the pizza steak and it was amazing.
The staff were super friendly.

In from out of town & it was one of the best pizzas our family has had! Only Critique would be for the garlic to be more finely chopped on cheesy bread. Everything was delicious, very fresh, & also quickly delivered!

Budget vibe, but very clean with fresh Italian food. Pizza rates excellent in my book. Slices were crispy with strong undercarriage. Not oily at all. Red sauce was great with hint of onion.

Ordered just a simple pepperoni pizza to see how they compare to other pizza places. Pizza was quickly delivered, still piping hot and was just what I wanted.
Please keep ordering, we’ve lost too many great restaurants to COVID and I sure as hell don’t want to lose these guys.
