Went in for dinner. Nice entryway. Waited a couple minutes for a hostess.. seated. (Seated near a rambunctious table of young women who were very loudly celebrating a birthday). It was not more than 5 tables with customers so for me this was not ideal for dinner, but i digress. We ordered drinks which arrived promptly. Then food. My only issue was with the bill. I ordered a margarita which came out to be 17 bucks but it tasted as if there was absolutely ZERO ALCOHOL in it. Didn’t even feel a minor buzz and i was there for almost an hour. I never asked for a non alcoholic margarita. I certainly would not pay 20 bucks for one. Outside of the garbage drink, the food was very good and flavorful. The server was running the entire floor by himself so service lacked through no fault of his own. He was very nice and attentive when he came to the table.

Three very unhappy to be at work hosts met me as soon as I came thru the front door. I said hi since none of them did lol. I felt like saying… sorry to bother you. Management doesn’t care because there’s no way you don’t notice this. Shaved head white guy and a skinny Hispanic girl with straight black hair that looked like she wanted to hurt someone.
Beautiful Mexican Restaurant. Music is everything BUT Mexican music, big turn off if you’re looking for an experience and not just to eat. Puerto Rican music and Colombian songs, it’s like listening to Hard Rock at a sushi restaurant, makes no sense. No attention to details, could be so much better and profitable if someone at the top was paying attention to these things?
Waited way to long for my waitress for as may people that were here and as slow as it is at 4pm Wednesday afternoon. She came back 1 time only and I was her only table . Name was Paige, didn’t write down order and brought me the wrong items.
$24 fajitas that were tasteless. Big portions. Canned beans were awful. The salsa with the chips was ice cold. I’ve had better more authentic Mexican food at a gas station. I doubt the cooks are Mexican unfortunately.
Just very disappointing, and all easy things to fix if management cared.

First time at Rosalita’s and I loved every minute of it. From the warm greeting at the door to the fresh guacamole being made right in front of me, the experience started strong and stayed that way. Our waitress was sweet and attentive, she was new and still learning the ropes, but her friendliness and effort made it a great experience.
The live mariachi band was a beautiful touch, the vibes were on point, and the overall atmosphere made it absolutely worth the visit. Parking wasn’t bad at all; I didn’t notice valet, but since it was my first time, I can’t say for sure.
One thing I can say for sure: I’ll be back. Do yourself a favor and try the burrito-less shrimp plate you won’t regret it.

Great Tex-Mex restaurant! I loved the atmosphere, the decor, and the location, everything about the place was very inviting. The service was excellent; our server was friendly and attentive, and everything came out very quickly. The food was good and exactly what you’d expect. Overall, a great experience. Food was okay. I felt the shrimp burrito bowl was average. I expected more flavor. However, my wife and our daughter as well as her husband thought their food was good. We sat outside on the heated patio which was nice and the xmas decor was beautiful.

Great vibe and good food each time I visit but the last time was amazing due to the exceptional service received by Kassandra B. She was amazing!!! Friendly, attentive and just all the way around on point which is hard to come by nowadays. Customer service is very important to me and it was great to see how much pride she put into her work. She made us feel welcomed & important, answered all of our questions, gave suggestions and truly helped make our night special. Food was also pretty good..queso, jalapeno dip, fish tacos, fajitas, etc.!!
