This small Sandwich Shop is in the heart of Yorks Beach area. Its small but clean and neatly organized with counter seating along the one wall. Walk up to the counter and order from the menu on the front of the counter. All Sandwiches are made fresh to order. They even have Gluten free sandwiches. You may have to wait as Maryellen makes everyone in front of you. Trust me it’s well worth the wait. These Sandwiches (we call them Subs where I live) are the best. We both ordered the Ham Sandwich consisted of Ham, Provolone, Freshly Sliced Onion, Green Pepper, Pickle, Tomato, Black Olive, and your choice of Dressing I choose Mayo. These sandwiches are on what we call a long Sub Rolls. Every single item on my Sandwich tasted fresh and was overflowing with ingredients. Also the roll was so fresh it was the best I ever had. I wish this kind of Sandwich Shop was in my neck of the woods I would be there every day. You can eat inside but we loved the tables outside and that’s where we ate. Maryellen was friendly and easy to talk to. See I told you I would make sure I do this review. (that was after she made our food). You need to stop by this place you will not be sorry I know we were not. I will give this place 5 out of 5 stars.

The food is freshly made and delicious!! The Raspberry Lemonade is delicious, and naturally sweetened. The coconut sorbet!! Moezella sandwich abd the Mad Sicilian sandwiches!!Very friendly and his family has been making the same food and recipe for 71 years!! Must eat while you are in York. A quick walk from short sands beach. We will be back, your visitors from Lake George, NY.

You know a place is going to be good when there are multiple signs saying that you have to be okay with waiting for your sandwich. The end result did not disappoint. The Parma was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while. Fresh ingredients, good proportions, and prepared with care. Cannoli was exquisite as well. Excited to return.

During a recent offseason trip to York, we were incredibly fortunate to receive service the day before Thanksgiving, even though the shop was technically closed. The owner’s hospitality was outstanding—he was not only helpful with local directions but also provided us with an absolutely delicious meal.
The food was memorable, making the already great service even better. We are already planning our next trip to York specifically during the regular season to fully experience the menu and get our hands on more of what Rosalie & Phil’s has to offer. Highly recommend supporting this establishment for a taste of authentic local flavor and genuine warmth!

For over 65 years of business, it shows! This is their newest location. Wonderful experience and the owner was super friendly. His grandfather started the business back in the 1960’s. We tried the chicken salad and the caprese. All homemade bread and authentic Italian subs.

Just tried for the first time and it was great. The service was excellent and they took the time to explain how they make their food and how they are different from other sandwich shops. Had the caprese and a meatball sub. Both were excellent. The cannolis were so good and filled fresh while we were there. Would recommend!
