I had an amazing experience at Rosalie Italian Soul! The food was incredibly flavorful, with well-marinated dishes that tasted absolutely delicious. The crispy calamari, fish and spinach, and potatoes were outstanding. The service was exceptional, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant for a delightful culinary journey.

The service here was amazing and we loved our waitress. Food was pretty decent as well but we had an uncomfortable and strange encounter with the valet. 3 people out of my group ended up paying the valet when we had already paid the restaurant for our charges and it was just ended up being a very confrontational night and one of the friends still hasn’t gotten her money back. If you choose to eat here, I would NOT recommend using valet.

Had been passing the sign for months, and I was like I need to try it for lunch. Well, the opportunity presented itself, and I was happy to join. Rosalie is located in the C. Baldwin Hotel, and it’s very cozy. But let me get into the food. we had 3 pizza options: meat, pepperoni, and margarita, and salad options were house and Cesar oh and cheese sticks, which are one of my favorites. I will most definitely return.

I have been waiting a very long time to eat here and I was so DISAPPOINTED . I booked the reservation ️for an early dinner that worked because in the past it has been fully booked. Which would lead someone to believe that its going to be Great.. Our waiter was some what RUSHING ♂️us to take our order. He had a 8 top he was taking care of. We were NOT IN A HURRY and since it was our first time there we wanted to TAKE OUR TIME. We quickly ordered drinks and appetizers but ended up WAITING a while for both to come. Whenever our drinks finally arrived we went ahead and placed our order. Our appetizer was the bruschetta the Bread came out BURT so we had to REORDER bread which came out just right before dinner. So we DIDN’T GET TO ENJOY our appetizer. I ordered a cheese pizza and it looked and tasted like it had been sitting ⏳for a while. Our dinner was CUT SHORT due to the LACK OF SERVICE and the food not being good. So DISAPPOINTED so I didn’t even take photos of the food. The interior was super CUTE though. Unfortunately not what I expected ☹️

Reserved this place 3 months ago for my 5th anniversary. The restaurant is in the hotel where we are staying. Looking at the menu, I asked for a simple change on the mushroom pizza. The response was: “there are too many “fats” and generally we don’t really like to change the menu”. Attitude was simply unheard off. Unacceptable.
