I was absolutely floored to discover this place was nearby where I work, where there really isn’t many “quick meal on your break” options close by.

I had the Machaca Beef burrito, and this thang was hefty! I asked for verde salsa thinking it would protect my delicate tastebuds from too
much heat, but boy did it end up having a kick! It was so flavorful though, I was happy to find a balance of a dab will do.

The tortillas were definitely from scratch and unlike most hefty burritos I’ve experienced, it was strong and mighty. I never felt like it was fighting to keep the ingredients from oozing out or too greasy – even down to the final bites.

Every ingredient was flavorful – even the beans and rice. The woman working there was very kind. I’m very grateful to have found this gem!

I think it should be against the Laws of Food to give someone flat top eggs and green chile when they order a chile relleno burrito. However, if you ARE going to get duped into this fiasco I recommend doing it here, at Rosales. While I have a hard time calling it relleno, I will call it tasty! It has everything in it, including lettuce, cilantro, sour cream and guac which is not typical for a chile relleno burrito, but honestly, I would definitely eat it again! I do not care for the verde salsa; needs more tomatillos IMO (and yes, I have a high heat tolerance). Giant burrito (2 meals). Friendly service, nice lady!

stopped by to grab a quick burrito on my lunch and I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the portion and the quality. Loaded with flavor. I got spicy chicken which def has a bit of kick behind it, so be warned for those who can’t handle the heat. Perfect for me though. Absolutely recommended for lunch or breakfast.

Legit burrito. Order to product was under 60 seconds. Tortilla was tender. Spice was right. Food delicious. Oh and Google has it wrong: it’s not cash only. They take all the regular forms of payment. Cards, Apple Pay, all good.

Got 2 tacos, carnitas and pastor. Both were quite good, but nothing crazy. Pleasantly surprised that they had a good amount of spice without asking for it. Tortillas were nice with a little bit of chew, but could have used some color. Carnitas had some nice crispy ends. Overall enjoyable and I’d be happy to come back.

Came here cuz of the reviews. Got the chiller relleno burrito and couldn’t have been more disappointed. Imbalance of ingredients. Smidgen of cilantro in the front none elsewhere. Beans and rice looked like slop and tasted like what I would imagine prison food does. This roach coach wrecked my stomach too.
Do yourself a favor and eat this burrito while sitting on a toilet

First time here and I think I’m gunna like this place a lot. Tiny, unassuming food truck in a parking lot. Had the Machaca breakfast burrito. First impression was great, the lady inside was very friendly. When she handed me the bag, it was heavy! So I thought that was a great sign. It was delicious. It had great flavor. It makes me very excited to try other items on the menu. Definitely give this place a try.

This small cart, standing alone without a pod in downtown Portland might be one of the best Mexican food carts in town. They don’t have a fancy menu or new spins on classics. What they do have is classic Mexican street food and they just kill it on flavor. It’s easy to overwork a simple taco or burrito, but they do not. Great flavor and if you want heat, they’ll do it. They’re only open 9 to 5(ish) Monday through Friday, but they are worth the trip.
