Such an amazing night! Our server Anne-Marie was wonderful. Every employee we came across was very knowledgeable of the food, the drinks and the restaurant history; we even met the chef! appetizers, entrées, and desserts were amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

We came here for dinner and had a really good experience overall. Our server was fast and sweet, and the rest of the staff were just as friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable. it definitely feels like a place where people come to relax and stay awhile (even though we had a pretty quick dinner!).
The food was good, though nothing particularly stood out as amazing. Still, everything was enjoyable and well-prepared.
Overall, we had a good experience.

As far as Mexican restaurants go, this one is good but not without flaws. Our server was very nice and helpful, but everything was slow to come out and we didn’t see much of him after we placed our order. The chips and salsa were fine, nothing extraordinary. My margarita was good, the Caesar salad was one of the better ones I’ve had. I ordered duck carnitas enchiladas with mole, and while the mole was rich and tasty, it was a bit sweet for my liking. The side of Mexican rice was really good, reminded me of my mom’s. I ordered it over the Mexican fried rice, which my wife loved but it just didn’t hit for me.
Overall we enjoyed the food, and the price wasn’t terrible. We chose this over Javier’s, because of the price, and I feel we got fair value. Javier’s will have to wait for another trip.

Cute spot with fantastic drinks and fun food. A solid choice if you are on the strip. Everything is fresh and house made. Our meals were very good. The steak was perfectly medium rare as we wanted. The drinks and salsa made up for a slightly under seasoned meal overall. Would be great for a special occasion party. Very spotlessly clean.

Rosa Mexicano in Las Vegas was a nice place to eat. The fish tacos were fresh and tasty. The chicken enchiladas were good and filling. We finished with a plain flan, which wasn’t as smooth as I expected but it was good. For sprit free drinks, we tried the Guava Colada and the Mango Ginger, and both were really good. Overall, it was a good meal and I’d be happy to go back.

Delicious freshly made guacamole & pink chips, followed by roast chicken enchiladas in a warming tomatillo salsa verde. Nice Margerita too. My belly is stuffed.
Not cheap but little on the Strip is cheap.
Friendly, attentive service by Diana with a nice smile.
Lovely.

Staff and food were great! Perfect restaurant right at the south entrance to the Miracle Mile shops. All of the staff I met were super nice and friendly!
The restaurant has a specific vibe to it, the lighting is a little dim inside but cozy (some customers had to use their phone flashlight to read the menu). The outside seating looks nice too and has a good view of the strip, will definitely have to try next time. The restaurant also has a surprising amount of food variety for different diets (pescatarian, vegan, vegetarian, etc). The chile relleno was very unique. It’s a vegan option so I wouldn’t say it’s traditional but it is an interesting take on the recipe and still tasty in its own way. I didn’t realize it was vegan until after I got the plate but still enjoyed it! I also thought that some other plates that said they were spicy weren’t really that spicy but that might be individual preference. They still had great flavor regardless.
Children’s menu seems pricy but the portions are huge. Also, the kids chicken quesadilla was really good.
If you find the elf on the shelf in December they give you a free churro dessert which was delicious!
Good option for Amex holders with Resy credit as well!

An honest review! We came for brunch on Valentines Day with a large group. We walked in, so we felt lucky to find ANYTHING that would take 8 people! We sat inside, which was a quiet, dark atmosphere with fun decorations. Our server was fantastic- her name was Michelle and she was super accommodating and very nice. We got a couple pitchers of margaritas- the first way WAY too sweet so we asked for the second to be less sweet and they made it happen! We ordered iced coffees and they came as milk- I suggest the Starbucks around the corner for coffee instead. We got chips (fun pink color dyed with beets) and salsa to start, which were free. I got the breakfast quesadilla and I think it’s hard to mess up a quesadilla but it wasn’t good. And the plating was so awkward. My husband got the torta and it was like a thick sandwich… he didn’t love it. One of our friends was having a birthday so they brought her a churro which was nice, but it wasn’t extremely crunchy and not great. And then I think they accidentally charged us for it haha

The ambiance of the place is fantastic, and the service is commendable. However, I must express my disappointment with the food. We tried a variety of dishes, but unfortunately, none of them stood out. If they could enhance the flavor of their food, this place would undoubtedly become a must-visit destination.

I first discovered Rosa Mexicano years ago in New York City and still remember their unforgettable, tableside guacamole. So when we saw one on the Vegas Strip, we had to try it — and it was just as delicious!
We shared two enchiladas that were out of this world, paired with incredibly fresh salsa. But what stood out the most was the service. The staff was warm, courteous, and genuinely kind. Our waitress, Ann Marie, was wonderful — so friendly, professional and attentive. When our guacamole order was accidentally missed, she and her manager came by to apologize and offered us a complimentary pre-order on the house. Such a thoughtful touch!
