We only had the tacos during our stop here but they were amazing, hot, fresh toppings, good portions of meat. Worth the price.
Authentic to my taco loving palate. If you’re debating what meat? Get the steak. Perfectly cooked, good char, perfect tenderness.
Our only regret was only stopping by once during our trip.
We will be back on our way back!

Amazing food, my favorite is the quesaborria or the red tacos.
Can’t go wrong with anything though.
All the appetizers are fresh and delicious.
I live across the street and it’s hard to avoid this place . Probably eat here at least twice a week

This place is a hidden gem! I’ve been here several times and every time it’s so good. I absolutely love this place. You have to get a California burrito it’s a must, or the Tijuana Street taco 10/10

Stopped in for an on the go breakfast burrito. Ordered the chorizo burrito with hit chili. It was great. The chili actually had a little heat which is harder and harder to find. Not the hottest ever, but you could feel the heat.
The store is nice inside, the staff are friendly, and the burrito was ready in about 3 minutes. No complaints, five stars all around.

Rosa Mexican Kitchen is a perfect lunch stop after getting some fresh air and exercise in Waterton Canyon. Just a little over a mile away from the parking lot you will find a welcoming smile to take your order from a great menu with wide variety of Mexican dishes.
I had a “Hand held Burrito” which was delicious and took two hands to pick up and eat. I chose the black beans over pinto and was happy with the decision. The burrito had a nice blend of beans, rice, beef and sauces that complimented each other.
Service was quick even though there was a good crowd at lunch time on a Friday. The menu had plenty of inviting ideas. Give Rosa’s a try if you are in the area.

I can’t wait to go back and explore more of the menu! The food was amazing, everyone I know in the area recommends this place, for good reason. Everything tasted great, fresh and flavorful.

Love this place. When half the clientele of a Mexican restaurant is Hispanic, you know you’re in the right place. My husband got the chili relleno, and I got a Taco al Pastor and a Taco Tijuana and everything was wonderful. I loved getting the double corn tortilla, and the Taco Tijuana was chewy with cheese, had lovely caramelized onions, and hefty beef all topped with a generous heap of mashed avocado. The al Pastor was savory with a creamy green sauce, and had lovely chunks of grilled pineapple. The sweetness was great with the spice of the grilled pork. The red salsa that came with the tacos was fresh and vibrant and spicy enough to really lend zing to the parts I wanted it on. It was also nice that they had a few tables outside, and we were welcome to them after we got our food.

This is seriously some good Mexican food. Their flavors are outstanding. The green chili is up there with the best. Can’t wait to go back and try some tacos and Torta.

A hidden jewel. I am very excited to find this place. We have missed food Mexican food. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The building is clean and nicely set up. There is not alot of seating but the food is so good, just take it home or go eat the meal at Chatfield park. We got beef enchiladas and loaded Nachos. The enchiladas have the right amount of spice to it you just want more. The loaded Nachos have an avocado sauce on it I could have eaten the foil in the take out plater that it came to us in. It is so good!
