First time customer! Denise was an amazing waitress! She was friendly and fun and very capable. Food was delicious, especially the shrimp and wasabi sauce, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I will be back!!

Our new hidden gem, have become regular customers !! Fantastic home cooked food but some of the dishes are kinda fancy too – 6hr braised lamb shank is off the charts their mashed potatos are first rate, fantastic side dish sauteed spinach. I’ve had halibut there 3 times off the specials and itś as good as any restaurant anywhere at half the price – they really know how to do the fish, salmon is also a fave but the best is the fish and chips amazing batter. Calamari and fried zuchinni great starters. Try the burger very generous portion very high quality. Great service and some of the friendliest staff ever. I feel so at home at Roryś.

Went here on a casual date during the week and really enjoyed it! Very homey feel and super small dining room, only 12-15 tables (additional patio seating in good weather). Super friendly staff and excellent food! The steak was as good as (if not better than) one from a top notch steakhouse, just a shame it was only on the specials and not a regular menu item. We also tried the lobster bisque based on other’s recommendations but we didn’t love it like we hoped to. Maybe just a matter of preference but we thought it was too tomato-y. Lobster was cooked well tho, not chewy.
Really enjoyed our dinner/visit and look forward to going back for another meal!

Just by chance, I put a “lunch near me” in my car GPS. Popped up were a couple of options, but we selected Rory’s. Amazing little joint,. They have a bar/seating option as well as a dining room just off to the left upon entering. Lunch time was very busy, but the service, food and atmosphere was very quaint and nice. Nice find in Darien.

I stop by often on a Tues or Fri for a cup or bowl of lobster bisque at the bar, along with a glass of wine. Susie is a delight to be waited on. Although she is very busy during lunch time, she always greets you with pleasantries. Lobster bisque is delicious and consistent and I look forward to Tues and Fri when it’s available. The bar crowd are friendly and welcoming

Small place. They must have had everyone walk in at the same time as we were last to get our food 45 mins later. Everyone had eaten but us. Ordered the French dip because of reviews, it lacked flavor so I added a ton of pepper, could have used some garlic or horseradish sauce. Should have ordered the chicken risotto. Everyone around us’ food looked great.

All the dishes had their own characteristics, and we throughly enjoyed trying everything. Came here for lunch one day after seeing someone’s vlog highlight their rice table. The wait staff was attentive and kind. We were pleasantly surprise by EVERYTHING that we had.
