One of my favorite new places in the valley! The owners are kind and have a wealth of wine knowledge. I appreciate their carefully curated by-the-glass list and the interesting beers and NA options available. The wine flights ($24) might be my favorite thing here, though. I love having the opportunity to try four different wines, and they’re usually new introductions for me that I really enjoy.
The food is done well and pairs well with the wine, the atmosphere is cozy, and I keep coming back! Just a note, this is a small no-reservations place, so maybe not the best for groups, but if you come early you can usually snag a spot.

Roots wine bar and bottle shop is amazing. This weekend I hosted a small baby shower for my sister and a group of 10. It couldn’t have gone smoother. They even printed special menus with my sister’s name. It is those small touches that make such a difference. The whole party was impressed with the service, ambiance, food and wine! I can’t wait to go back.

Love the atmosphere here. If you’re local/ grew up in the area it still has the Hailey familiarity but with a modern twist. Friendly staff, great wine, yummy food (and good portions). My new go to drinking spot in Hailey!

Roots is such a great spot for wine! Pop in after work with friends or plan a date night! So happy to have this as an option in our valley!!! Wines are delicious, the food is so tasty, and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I hate that I have to write a bad review as I have had good experiences here in the past. I was in with a friend last night and we ordered Falafel and the roasted veggies to share. We both have a terrible case of food poisoning that started about 30 min after we left the restaurant and are still miserable with symptoms 18 hours later. Going forward, I will return for wine but won’t be getting food.
