First time here. Came for an anniversary dinner and we were not disappointed. Fantastic service. Every single person who worked there greeted us with warm welcomes and smiles. Vibe was great. My smoky walnut old fashioned cocktail was amazing. And last the food was great. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

1. Server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable as to the menu. Never made us feel rushed.
2. We got the bacon and scallop app, delicious!
3. Macaroni and Cheese we had high expectations and it was good but have had better. Overall the food and presentation I would have expected a bit better for this price point.
4. Great atmosphere and seating, however the room with the large fireplace had quite a strong propane smell.
5. Complimentary birthday dessert was an amazing surprise!!

We had a very great experience! Our waiter that night was so friendly and kind. He was happy to answer any of our questions about the food.
We started with the calamari and I loved the peppers it came with. Sometimes flavorful and spicy.
We had the 42 oz prime porter house steak for two, brussel sprouts and truffle pommes frites. They ended up giving us a huge ice cream dessert because it was my fiancé’s birthday.

I recently had dinner here, and the service by Irene and the team was absolutely amazing! My girlfriends and I had such a great time. The French onion soup was my absolute favorite, and the filet/shrimp entree was super yummy. The warm butter cake was delicious and moist, and the drinks were great too! I can’t wait to come back.

Celebrated my birthday here with some friends and it was a great experience. The server was extremely nice and was able to bring a free (humongous) dessert for the special occasion. Their fresh baked bread, although it looked a tad deformed, was excellent. We loved their calamari, cowboy steak, and especially their lobster Mac and cheese. Roots is 100% a great place to celebrate something special.

Let’s start by saying the service here is exceptional. I have no complaints, this is solely my experience on taste as I frequent 4-5 star restaurants. I wanted a nice date night for my husband and I that was not too far away. Being here several times it’s the same issue, great service subpar food. The food and drinks are just not that great. It’s not terrible, it just doesn’t leave you feeling “wow”. My husband asked for medium filet minion which came out medium well. He didn’t want to to complain so he ate it. The manager did comp us drinks which was nice. My cowboy ribeye was ok, again nothing spectacular. The drinks are a hit a miss. I asked for a basic Mai tai and the bartenders could not get it right. Again, this is my experience and I’d probably dine here again just not as a first or second choice.
