My only complaint is that my order was made incorrectly and with the wrong ingredients multiple times, but the staffs were kind enough to give me a refund. Other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a healthy and delicious bowl. They have a wide range of ingredients, customizable options, and affordable prices, they truly have something for everyone. It’s a bang for your buck.

They are very on time with the pick up orders. The salad bowls are tasty. The quality of the bowls aren’t super consistent, especially with the amount of ingredients and dressing.

Usually they do great. But most recently they’ve run out simple ingredients with no alternatives and still charge you for it. They messed up my online order and they don’t have a way to review the order in the app.

Very bad delivery. Even replied to me when I told them to take their creative liberties (and gave the parameters thereof) . Waited around, repeatedly called, and got no response to my delivery order. No response well within their listed hours. Hours later, I got a second “thanks for your order” email well after they closed for an order 24+ hours after the initial order. They wanna make it up? My religion allows for peaceful resolution. They don’t? Better Business Bureau and Cville Police will be contacted so they don’t harm people in weaker positions than mine!
