Since it was our first time visiting this place, we had an incredibly positive experience. We received such wonderful hospitality from the owner, who is also the chef, his sweet and kind wife, and especially Daisy, their daughter, who was so nervous worrying about what might go wrong. We told her how excellent she was. Everyone was extremely accommodating. The food was exquisite, and the atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. I know we’ll be back with pleasure.

Such an amazing cafe! The Chef Alfredo is so friendly! He came out to our table to introduce himself, and send out an order of his off the menu homemade tamales that were in special that day for us to try! And they had to be the best tamales I have ever had! We got great service by his daughter daisy, and to make it even better her co worker Kim went out of her way to make this an unforgettable experience for us! 10/10 recommend and we will be back here every time we want to come out for breakfast!

Do NOT get coffee from here (& I’ve drank some bad coffee in my day) the sausage tasted less than McDonald’s. The omelet was okay only. The fresh fruit was good. And the service was great, down home & “see ya soon’

Really a very disappointing experience. After 30 minute wait the chicken fried steak was charred. Manager came and I ordered a basic breakfast the over medium eggs were undercooked but the sausage was burned so they flipped them over but couldn’t hide the crispness or taste. I live 30 minutes away so I’m positive I won’t be returning. Total time 50 minutes and no food. I will say the manager handled herself very nicely.

Tried for the first time today. The service was amazing! everyone was so friendly and chatted with our table. The staff seemed to enjoy their jobs and the food and coffee were great! Excellent pancakes, omelet, potatoes and breakfast sandwich. We will definitely be back. The chef introduced himself as well. Very nice all around!

I ordered a chicken fried steak to go. For breakfast it only comes with lunch sides and you can add 2 eggs. No option for grits. It all tasted good. I ordered a coffee to go. For $3 id hope to at least get some decent coffee but it was just Community coffee or an equivalent and tasted horrid
and it was literally the smallest cup of coffee ive ever seen. I ordered a short stack of pancakes for I think $4 and they are really small but for the price its what youd expect. They arent especially fluffy or tasty. Kinda firmer than I prefer. Ive had much worse but ive also had much much better. I think im the most upset about the coffee. I could have went to QT and got a bigger cup for cheaper of the same quality coffee.

From the absolutely lovely presentation to the amazing aromas, the fresh and colorful ingredients and the delectable flavors….. the dishes engaged all our senses and made the experience one to remember! I can’t wait to taste and try the rest of the menu items! This will be a regular place for me whether it’s date night with my hubby, a night out with the girls, or a family gathering! My friends and I came in during the last hour of the evening on a Saturday night and the food still tasted like they had just opened and it was the very first meal prepared that day! The love and care that went into each dish was simply joyous! It has been a while since I have tasted that level of love and passion for the cuisine in a meal and it occurred for each of us that night! Also, our server Paloma was sweet, courteous, and accommodating and the chef even came out to greet us, check on our satisfaction and comfort, and share a bit of time with us as new customers while gifting us one of the most delicious desserts I’ve ever tasted! It was a blessed way to end our evening out as friends! God bless the hands and heart of this chef and his beautiful family as they serve these delectable meals to the community they also call home! Having breakfast here for the first time with my daughter was a delightful experience. The service was exceptionally friendly, warm, and welcoming. A special mention goes to Kim, who was wonderful in taking care of us and ensuring we were enjoying our meal.
