If you’re staying at the Hyatt, which I don’t recommend, it’s a convenient, decent spot to grab food and drinks. The service is solid, the seating is comfortable, food is solid, and it’s located on the second floor, it’s been done well. Lots of TVs for sports. A solid choice if you’re staying at the hotel to hang with friends, family, or coworkers, or to make new friends. But definitely not worth going to if you’re not staying at or visiting the hotel.

Met Chef Drew and we enjoyed the food there so much we ate there everyday. Fresh ingredients and the presentation was nice. He even gave us a free sample to try his newest dessert creations which were delicious! If we are ever back in Denver we will be back! Service staff was excellent and on point as well!

I was at the hotel for an event, stopped in for dinner because it was super convenient. I was sat on the outer part of the restaurant, which was lovely and open and bright (perfect for me to read while I ate). Inside looked cozy and romantic, there’s a bar that can be accessed without going into the main restaurant.
Every person I encountered was very friendly, shout out to my server Ally! I had the Impossible cheeseburger, fries were crunchy and seasoned perfectly. Great wine, beer and cocktail list. Will certainly be back!

Nice place located inside the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center. Ordered the double smash burger and kids cheeseburgers for the kids. Lots of food for the price. Kids meals were $8 and a great value for what they received. Great service. Food came quickly. Good selection of beer and wines. The burgers were outstanding and we highly recommend ordering them! This is a fun place.

We ate breakfast lunch and dinner. Prices were high. Wouldn’t recommend a daily thing. Wait staff was nice and remembered us for breakfast but lunch was really slow.

The breakdast buffet here is one of the best I have sampled. The entre and dessert items here are excellent. Don’t let the price make you order from the menu because with coffee free with a buffet, this is the best deal here. The service here is the best I have ever experienced. Ganil was my server both days and exhibited exemplary service both mornings that I had breakfast. Her positive kind attitude is probably why service gets high ratings on gmaps.
Additionally, I had lunch here. On gmaps says it is closed but is incorrect. I had Root25 burger with frys. The burger had great Char and taste. The fixings were fresh and crisp. The truffle frys were some of the lightest and crispest I have tasted.
Overall, food and service were excellent here. It is one of the best food service groups I have had the pleasure to review.

Great big sign says: “PLEASE WAIT TO BE SEATED”. I stood there for a full 5 minutes and was ignored. Two staff members walked by and ignored me. Found a menu and the choices were very limited. Based on the cost and zero service, along with poor ratings, I hit Uber eats who I will give 5 stars and even with delivery fees it was much less. Not impressed.

Service started out pretty good, but the food is incredibly slow. It took me 45 minutes to get a grilled chicken sandwich. My waitress apparently went on a long break sometime in the middle so I had no idea what was going on and no one to ask. I was 5 min from walking out when it finally arrived. At least the sandwich was good.

The food is the basic hotel breakfast (2.5 stars) However I’m giving it 4 stars for Shelley! She was always friendly and just in really good spirits every morning I walked up to get a table.
