What was that? I was looking forward to visiting Roosterspin in New Brunswick and whereas I was well received upon arrival, I was a little surprised at how empty the place was on a Saturday evening. Our party proceeded to place a food order which was botched, surprising given that the place was empty. Overall I found the food okay but the lackadaisical service was off-putting. It’s unlikely that I will return.

Absolutely love this place. Such a great experience every time I stop by. Fabio’s knowledge of cocktails is extraordinary. He takes his time to find out what you like and makes recommendations based on that. Love the Springsteen and Bruce Lee cocktails. Bonis points for the happy Hour selection.

I booked a 21st birthday party for my daughter and all of her friends. It was a wonderful event. Staff was super nice, food came out quickly and was delicious. The Karaoke Jazz room was perfect for our size group. We got the perfect amount of service and kids were able to enjoy an extended hour. I would highly recommend and would book again.

WARNING: if you come here, be prepared to have your Shazam out. Whoever is in charge of the aux cord knows what they’re doing and they’re able to set the mood perfectly. The atmosphere is very intimate and calm and the interior design feels very warm and nostalgic.
The food is perfect and extremely well seasoned. Not an insane variety but what they do have, they do damn well. I had the fried chicken sandwich, ramen, and cheese tempura bites. I was absolutely impressed by each. The ramen noodles were perfect and not overcooked, chicken was super tender, and that jalapeno sauce will knock your socks off.
Our first server was not the most attentive which was the only thing we saw wrong until we got taken care of by Maggie! Maggie is an amazing server who is very attentive with good energy!
I will most definitely be coming back here!

Went for my birthday and it didn’t disappoint. Food was great! Ordered a little of everything. My family said it was a vibe, amazing old school R&B like motown hits & the space was very comfortable. Now, we had amazing customer service but it could be due to showing up before the crowd was overwhelming..we were the only people there for at least an hour. Also, a friend made a drink request that wasn’t offered so the bartender made this beautiful & delicious off menu drink instead. Definitely plan on going again

My girlfriend and I walked in on a Friday night to check out their karaoke space for a possible future event. After checking out the space, we sat at the bar to try a few drinks and their wings, fries and beef Bao buns. The staff was very very nice, the food came out hot and was very good. The wings were as crispy as advertised and fresh. The boa buns were steamed perfectly, and the fries were a nice addition to balance all the flavors. The drinks were so unique and so delicious! It was so fun watching them make the different variety of cocktails they have! I will definitely be returning!

Great place with good food, drinks and nice vibe. We were there on a Saturday evening and there was a private party celebration there too but despite the noise and crowd we were able to enjoy our time. They have a private area, good size seating area and a nice bar. We had some recommendations from a friend and everything came out great.

Really nice place. Stopped in for a few drinks while we waited for a comedy show. The drinks were good but what stole the show were the double fried wings. They were sooooo good. We would of ordered more if the show wasn’t about to start. Definitely a must try!

This place was awesome, the food was excellent, the service was top notch, and the atmosphere was unexplainable. Meet up with friends here, sat at the bar, and enjoyed a drink, and the mixologist was amazing. Definitely have to try their drinks. Once our group arrived, we went to a table, and the service was amazing, and the recommendations were spot on. There was a DJ when we visited, and it was great. We had an amazing time. It is such a great, comfortable place to go and hang out with friends. I hope to go back again.
